Sony - WF-C710N Truly Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds - Glass Blue

I got these after I accidentally washed my samsung buds. I was looking for something similar to the buds i owned, and these were almost exactly the same. Theres two noise cancelling modes, they're both great but noise cancelling isn't my biggest thing so I can't give too much detail on this. I know with the app there are settings to control this, but I haven't touched them too much. I was worried the battery life wasn't going to be as long as my old pair, but they're on par, lasting me several weeks before actually needing to be charged. I use my earbuds very heavily and daily, and I only need to charge these between once every 3 weeks to a month. The sound quality is amazing! I want to say it is a little better than the galaxy buds I had. With my old pair I feel like I had to turn them up very high to hear everything (which honestly could've just been me or the fact that my old pair were very old and took a beating from my usage), but with these I don't have to turn it up that high at all, it's very clear. My ears are thankful. Comfort wise, they do slip a little sometimes, but I haven't changed any of the tips. Other than that theyre very comfortable, even when laying down. They're also very pretty, the clear blue is so nice. The case is slim and small enough to fit in my pocket easily. Again, with my old buds they fell out very easily, but the case with these has a pretty strong magnet that keeps it closed, so no more lost earbuds for me! I really love them!

These Sony WF-710 earbuds were an upgrade from my Sony WF-700s. The WF-700s had great sound and fit, but they had one fatal flaw: a big physical button that I would accidentally press every time I adjusted the earbud during a Teams call — instantly hanging up on everyone. Imagine it's 1400 (2 PM) and you haven't had lunch because you've been in meetings all morning and you get that little itch in your ear. You try to ignore, but it's there and it's not leaving. You carefully grab your earbud for a little twistaroo to mitigate that freaking itch and.....BOOM!!!! You just hung up on everyone. It happened so often that my coworkers and clients started calling it "ROBERTing" yourself. If I disappeared and reappeared on a call, they'd ask, "Did you ROBERT yourself again?" I endeavored to persevere and I'm happy to report the WF-710s do not have a ROBERT button — and that alone makes them a huge win for me. What I like (in order of importance for my use): No ROBERT button — Thank you, Sony. This design change is a massive improvement. Comfort — With the right ear tip size, these are extremely comfortable. They're lightweight, cause no ear hotspots, and I often forget they're even in. I spend most of my day in Microsoft Teams meetings (5.5–6+ hours), and I usually use just one earbud at a time to stretch battery life. Even with noise cancellation on and being connected all day, a single earbud easily lasts through my heaviest meeting days. Sound quality — Very good for my needs. I mostly use them for Teams calls and talk-centric YouTube videos, but they also handle music well across my genres (Johnny Cash to AC/DC, classical, electronic, etc.). No complaints for work-focused use. Pairing — Super fast and reliable on my Windows 11 laptop. They paired in under 30 seconds even with my old WF-700s still paired (but not connected). No issues at all. A few minor negatives: The left earbud occasionally switches from Noise Cancellation to Transparency mode on its own after a meeting ends (sounds like light wind). It only happens when the earbud stays in after a call, never during one. Cycling through the modes fixes it. The right earbud doesn't do this. It's annoying but not a dealbreaker. On very rare occasions (about 1 in 30 calls), the other person says they can't hear me well when using just one earbud. Simply inserting the second earbud fixes it immediately. Battery level voice announcement is missing on Windows (I had this on the WF-700s). Now I have to check Bluetooth settings instead. This seems to be a Windows limitation rather than a Sony issue. Overall, these are a solid upgrade for heavy Teams users on Windows. The removal of that cursed button alone makes them worth it for me. I definitely recommend these earbuds. I've had my WF-700's for about 3 years and I actually bought these because I thought they were bravo delta. Turns out Windows 11 was just being Windows 11 and after pairing on my personal laptop and then re-pairing to my work laptop, they worked. By then I already purchased the 710s and decided to keep them. BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A ROBERT BUTTON!!!!!! :-) My name is Robert the Texan and I approve these earbuds.

Great wireless earbuds at a proce that wont break the bank. Connecting them was easy, they have great sound, they have a very comfortable fit and come in awesome colors. For the price its definitely a 5/5.

Sound Quality is excellent for the price, touch controls work well enough, though the auto pause gets a little frustrating if you pull out your earbud and continue to hold it in your hand during a conversation or something. Most others are like that too, though. Case feels of medium quality, headphones stay in, comfortable enough. I wear them 8+hrs a day, most days.

Realistically I would give this a 3.8 as the noise canceling is great and the design and comfort is not too bad but the sound quality is definitely a bitter disappointment as it can olny handle so much bass and hi hats until it start sounding like static. Probably better off getting a cheaper pair of earbuds that have way better sound quality than these
