I am surprised, shocked, and every word you can imagine in Sony! I bought this one and in less than a month it broke as you can see in the picture!! I am 38, i am not a kid or teen that will use it often or hard, i used it rarely and very gentle. I never expected this to happend with Sony brand!! The one i got from Target it was for $14 and it lasts 3 years, and SONY last only 3 weeks, and it was $40! Wow, amazing. And of course Best Buy return policy is a joke, only 14 days, and it broke only one week after return window closed. Well done folks.

I got this for my daughter and after 4 months of light use they're peeling and one side is broken. Best Buy referred me to the manufacturer, Sony. Sony doesn't cover any of these quality issues and provided me with a repair center .

These headphones are not good! I was so excited to use them as these are my 2nd Sony headphones! When I first purchased I realized they were not loud and I can hear everything around me if I am somewhere. Also about 3 weeks later one side sounds lower than the other or not working and some days it sounds normal. So now I’m stuck with these since I’m out of the return or exchange policy. Really sucks as I would like to just exchange for another Sony model as I loved my 1st Sony headphones which made me get another pair when I lost them. Sadly, only plus is battery life!

I have used the Sony WH-CH510 headphones for over three years, and they have been fantastic. I wanted to buy a few more pairs of them because it's so difficult for me to find headphones that fit my needs, but apparently Sony decided that the WH-CH510s are obsolete and replaced it with these. I don't know why it seems every headphones manufacturer decided to design their headphones to be painfully tight (especially for those of us with larger-than-average heads), but it's making me wish I'd stocked up on WH-CH510s long ago. I cannot wear these at all; they squeeze my head so tight I feel like a vicegrip has been attached to my poor aching ears. Before you say "Just wear them for a while and they'll get better," I am not going to live in pain for who knows how many hours/days/weeks on the off chance that these will eventually maybe start to not crush my skull. The WH-CH510's I got 3 years ago were super comfortable right out of the box (a rarity for headphones nowadays), and I've only had one small issue with them since. I guess I'm going to have to stock up on them elsewhere, because it's almost impossible for me to find a good pair of headphones anymore. If your head is any larger than an apple, avoid these.

Left side of my headphones came off. The cushioning part came off unfortunately and I haven’t had these that long. But the sound quality was amazing

We’re honored to hear that you appreciated the sound quality of your WHCH520 headphones, though we are truly sorry to learn about the cushioning on the left side coming off so soon. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially with a product you haven’t had long. If I could give this a zero, I would, I believe that these were used not even refurbished because they were coming and somebody else’s name. I couldn’t clear that out. These didn’t last very long. They didn’t stay connected to the Bluetooth. I was connecting them to simply put I understand that a lot of people had really good reviews on these, which is why I purchased them, but my experience was not such. It was a very bad experience. I would never purchase a brand again. My granddaughter loves Bose and if I were to buy a headset in the future, that’s what I would purchase was a Bose and another thing the price that I got the Sony for were extremely cheap at the time on sale I think or clearance I can’t remember it was a year ago. I don’t believe I would’ve purchased some. Otherwise I wish I hadn’t because I wound up throwing them away and because they were storing information, I literally tore the wires off toward the ear pads right off cut the wire so that if somebody were to find them in the trash, they could never use them. I hope that this review helps and please understand this is an honest review. I did not even have these headphones for a month before I destroyed them and threw them away

These headphones were extremely uncomfortable, I didn't expect much for sound quality at this price but sound was decent enough. Comfort on the other hand... my ears were not happy. Unfortunately, I went to return and didn't realize I was a few days too late because of the 15 day return policy. Some places have it were you can at least get store credit, that would have been nice so that I could have bought something comfortable, but now I just wasted my money.

Hi NataP,
We're truly sorry to hear that your headphones are not charging. We're here to help and would be happy to provide some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
1. Try different charging cables and adapters, just in case it’s a cable issue.
2. Make sure the charging port on your headphones is clean and free from dust or lint.
3. Plug your headphones into a different USB port or wall outlet to rule out power source problems.
4. Try to perform a reset on the headphones. Connect the headset to an AC outlet and then press the (volume +) button and the (volume –) button simultaneously. The headset will be reset.

Hi Vijay,
Thanks for the feedback. We're really sorry to hear that the WH-CH520 didn't live up to your expectations, especially when it comes to the sound and the value for your money.
To help get the audio where you want it, we’d recommend downloading the Sony | Sound Connect app. Once you're in, try playing around with the "Equalizer" settings, switching between the different presets usually makes a huge difference in the richness of the sound.
Thanks for considering Sony. We hope these suggestions enhance your experience.
Warm regards,
Estefany

Save your money. Upgrade to something better. First it tries to trick you into downloading an app in order to use the headphones so it can track your data and everything you do. But you get around that and connect the headphones and the sound is absolutely terrible. It’s the worst sound of any headphones I’ve ever used in my entire life. I expected better from Sony.

Poor quality do not purchase. My son used his birthday gift card to buy himself a pair of headphones and wanted something from Sony. He's had them since the end of August and it's now mid October with minimal use and they have already broken. We've been dealing with a warranty return and nobody has assisted us even though it's under 90 days since we've purchased them. Never again Sony. Buyer beware.
