Returned due to uncertainty of compatibility w Galaxy 24 Ultra. On box clearly indicators on 4 sides stated it was IOS compatible yet android endorsement was in much smaller font and not the same or amount of sides. Was exchanged for sound car

Don’t understand why the headphones stopped working on the right side, just a waste of money.

Not as good as I remember them. I guess it has a nice amount of hours of wireless use, but you don’t know the percentage of the charge which is difficult when it only tells you 3 different things, fully charge, that mid charge and pretty low, which I’ve had the headset tell me shortly after it was at that mid range. Kind of annoying. Light. Comfortable enough. Decent for at home use for sure, or taking them on the go. They’re just nothing special. They’re good.

Positives: * Lightweight plastic design with a gentle grip, often seen as a drawback in pricier models, but considered a benefit in this budget-friendly pair. * Impressive sound quality. * Extended battery life, retaining 70% charge after weeks of regular use. * Strong Bluetooth connection with my phone. * Sony app offers EQ options, though the headphones function well without it. * Attractive blue color adds to the appeal. Negatives: * Absence of a 3.5mm jack, which seems like a reasonable inclusion at a $60 price point, even if a cable is not provided. * Lack of a physical battery indicator; while a voice prompt at startup provides an estimate, it's easy to miss, requiring app usage for an accurate battery percentage.

Good sound quality stylish and comfortable. Be advised you can only connect to two devices at a time. You can always erase an device to add another but who wants to do that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, 504jillie!
We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the good sound quality, stylish look, and comfortable design of your WH-CH520 headphones.
We also appreciate you advising other customers about the limitation of connecting to only two devices at a time. We understand that needing to manually erase a device to add a third is not ideal for seamless switching between many sources, and we value this input for future product development.
Thank you again for choosing Sony!

Honestly they're not as pink as shown in the picture, which is far past misleading they're more of a light purple... they work like headphones though so !

Easy setup, sounds great, battery lasts forever They are not noise canceling but if you just need a nice pair to wear at your desk or around the gym it will work fine. Only issue i have is they hurt my ears when i have my glasses one all together.

I bought these in sale for 38 dollars and I still don't think they're worth that much. Multiple stores were selling them for this price with the original price being 69 dollars. Makes me think no one was willing to buy them at that price. They're absolutely average headphones. I didn't like the button controls. Sound was fine. I returned them and will spring for the next class up of headphones instead in the future. I wouldn't recommend these but as long as you go in knowing they're standard Bluetooth headphones they're fine.

Bought for an elderly relative. She loves the sound and how it fits; however, she constantly has trouble with pairing to the iPad. I fix it easily when I am around, but she cannot. I guess the buttons are not good for her sight and sense of touch.

Built well but hurt my ears. I have small ears but these were not big enough to encase them. They sat on top of my ears and after awhile begun to hurt. They also don't get loud enough to use while mowing my yard and that's why I bought them.

Let me start with the fact that I am not tech savvy and I only go these to deter people from talking to me at the gym and to listen to audio books. They do not cancel ANY outside noise and figuring it if they are in or off is obnoxious. It takes me 2-3 attempts to turn them on and again to turn them off, the notification light doesn’t seem to light up or flash is a way that it makes sense. I might evenly catch on, but not exactly beginner user friendly.

Hello KariW,
Thank you for considering Sony products.
We’re honored to hear that you selected the WH-CH520 headphones for your gym sessions and audiobook enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with the noise cancellation feature and the device's operation.
The WH-CH520 headphones do not include active noise cancellation (ANC). Instead, they offer passive noise isolation through their on-ear design, which may not fully block out external sounds, especially in noisy environments like gyms.
We understand that turning the headphones on and off can feel complicated and unintuitive, and we truly empathize with how this can impact your experience. To assist, we’ve included a helpful article that explains the correct method to power your headphones: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2958/v1/en/contents/TP1000776833.html
We hope this helps enhance your experience with the WH-CH520 headphones. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
-Fred

I know everyone's ears and heads are different, but these are really uncomfortable for me. I don't consider them on-ear headphones. They're kind of a mix of on and over. They just don't fit right on my ears. I mainly use it in bed while I watch videos on my tablet. I have to wear glasses in order to see and these press tightly against my ears and the arms of my glasses, to the point where it actually hurts after several minutes. As for the sound. They are really good at the price point. Pairing my phone and tablet was also a breeze. They are just too uncomfortable, so I will be returning them.

Hi Scooter,
We are sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. If the headphones are still with you, we highly recommend wearing the headphones correctly and adjusting the length of the slider according to the size of your head: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2958/v1/en/contents/TP1000781372.html.
We take all user input seriously and will make sure your comments reach the appropriate person. If you are still uncomfortable, you may want to consider checking out our over-ear headphones such as the WH1000XM5 or WH1000XM4. Should you need further assistance, you can email us at socialsupport@am.sony.com.
Sincerely,
Vincent

I like the way they fit better than any other headphones I've tried, but they fell apart after a few months. Not because I was rough, I picked them up and it fell apart in my hands. Also had issues with connecting to my devices. I could connect to my phone but nothing else.

The clarity is impressive, ensuring that my voice comes through clearly without much background noise interference. The battery life is another highlight—offering up to 50 hours of playtime on a single charge.. While I have mostly positive experiences with the WH-CH520, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. The headphones do not have active noise cancellation, which might be a dealbreaker for those who need to block out noise entirely.
