They don’t get particularly loud. I started off with one and ended up getting a second to link them and get a little more sound. Overall they’re good and have a good rich sound. I also don’t particularly like that I have to download a Sony app to connect to them. Especially when friends come over; they can’t just connect to it, they have to download the app too if they want to play music from their phones. Overall they do the job and I like the colors.

Pretty good clear well balanced sound in a small package. Does not distort at a higher volume. Recharges quickly. Overall for the very reasonable price compared to the JBL of the same size this is a much better buy.

Cool and rugged small form speaker for the price. Didn't rate 5 stars because the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. Sounds great at low to mid volume. Pack of gum for scale.

Same as orange. Easier to remember left and right with two color’s. I also use by hanging around my neck. No not blasting. Really nice in my van where I can put in left and right drink holder on engine cover and put my drink in center cup holder.

First of all, this speaker is really cute and compact. The orange is a nice pop of color. I bought it for my home office so I wanted something that didn't take up a lot of space. It can run all day on one charge. I like the fact it's double duty and I can use it outdoors if the occasion arises. Other reviewers said it doesn't get too loud but they were talking about outdoor use. Volume is sufficient for indoor use. At a softer volume the should is a little muffled but it's fine. I'm not expecting Dolby Stereo from a $60 speaker. If you're looking to get a versatile, inexpensive speaker, this is a good option. Very happy with my purchase.

Great little speaker. Sound quality is excellent and long battery life. Volume does not go high/loudly though.

I purchased this to be able to listen to books on tape downloaded to my phone. It is easy to use and the sound was clear. The volume was adequate but limited. The charge cord provided allowed me to easily charge it in the car while driving which was important during my road trip. Since I was using a rental car, I did not want to directly connect my phone to the car. This device let me both listen to the books on tape as well as use it as a hands free speaker phone in the rental car.

Speaker has really good sound quality for the size and is nice for small areas. The only issue is that it doesnt get very loud. Its fine for small spaces but wish it was just a little louder.

I recently purchased the Sony - XB100 Compact Bluetooth Speaker and have been extremely pleased with its performance. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, and the sound quality is superb, which is perfect for playing calming Disney piano tracks for my newborn. The compact size makes it easy to place the speaker anywhere in the house, it also has a strap that can be used to attach to a stroller. The audio output is robust enough to fill a room. Its long-lasting battery life is another feature that adds convenience, especially when you have a baby and can't be bothered to charge devices frequently. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is that I wish it had a few more control options directly on the speaker. Otherwise, it's an excellent product that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality Bluetooth speaker.

Purchased this after hearing a coworker’s same speaker. Good sound quality at low volume to use in a work setting. Decent bass response and clear highs. The price was the selling point. This is a nice speaker at a lower price. The carrying strap is a nice touch to attach to a bag or wrist.

Small and good-looking, with surprisingly cromulent audio to boot. This thing gets loud enough, but what's really amazing about it to me is it gets quiet enough and with enough dynamic range to use as a personal listening device — you can have this thing on at low volumes and barely hear it five feet away, so frequently I've been using it to listen to podcasts or something at night close to my pillow without disturbing anyone else in the house. It's got quite a bit of bass, which is where all the low-volume power is coming from, and while there's a bit of a noise floor at those low volumes it sounds very serviceable for a tiny speaker you could swing around on your wrist. Excellent buy.

Didn't really know what to expect. Never purchased a Bluetooth speaker before. Glad I got this one. Build quality seems robust and sturdy. Sound quality is a little heavy on the bass end but personally it works for me. I mostly listen to podcasts tho. Battery life is good and lasts me all day. The quick connect feature with Android is a nice touch too that my other Bluetooth devices don't have

I use this to keep my cellphone speaker in good shape, it works and sounds pretty good, also the battery has good usage time. It has had a few falls, but it hasn't affected its use.
