The reason for one star are the ear tips! Bed Design!!! The tips are falling all the time and is very difficult to place them back. The top (where the mike is) is very small. I lost several and have to order replacement. I wish I could return the Buds and buy some, that fit better in the ears. Otherwise the sound is good and adjustable. Please advise how to get tips replacement or get compensated.

Lost my soundcore note 3i, which I loved and are now discontinued. Bought these liberty 4’s for the call feature and they suck. Every person I called couldn’t hear me well. These are good for music only. Another con is the automatic pause when you take one earbud off. Have to press play on device manually. Worst part is Bestbuy only has a 15 day return period smh. So I’m stuck with a $75 loss. Disappointed.

I purchased an older version of soundcore earbuds and they were fantastic! And they lasted almost ten years before one of them broke but I still use the good one. These newer versions however are dangerous!! They won’t stay in my ear even when lying in bed, forget about walking or running with them. The design is poor and they’re not weighted properly so they constantly fall out!! And the rubber piece which has a low profile fitting to the earbud is incredibly stupid and it will come loose and get stuck inside your ear canal if you’re not careful!! These earbuds are dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I’ve never encountered such absolute garbage for this kind of money. The sound is terrible and constantly cuts out. The earcups don't stay on. There are frequent false triggers caused by hats or collars. These things are worth about $5.

The earpiece comes off inside the ear. Very hard to get the thing out of the ear canal when it happens. Also, the part of the earpiece base that attaches to the earbud base is square not round making a pain to put back together. I had to superglue them back on. They sound good though.

The sound quality is ok if you can tolerate a hissing sound in the background. Active noise cancelling and transparency mode make the hissing worse, but it is still there in normal mode. The active noise cancelling is weak, despite their claims of how advanced it is. The rated battery life of 10 hours is with noise cancelling and transparency mode off. Expect less than 5 hours of battery life at a normal listening volume for the gym with noise cancelling on. The fit is not the most comfortable for my ear shape, and the buds become loose while exercising. LDAC is useless on these earbuds because it makes the battery life even worse and causes sound dropouts. I will be exchanging these for a different brand this weekend.

I bought these to replace an aging set of Soundcore Note3's. I really enjoyed those for a few years. These new earbuds should have been a substantial step up. Unfortunately I have been plauged with issue after issue. First, the sound quality is nowhere near the older, cheaper model. From the vary first day using the new buds, they were having connection issues. I downloaded the Soundcore app in hopes of a resolution. No luck. Now after less than a months use, they are 100% unusable. The right earbud wouldn't connect no matter what I tried. Then following the App. I had downloaded it said the earbuds needed a firmware update. Following that process proved to be an even bigger mistake. The update failed multiple times and both earbuds are completely unusable. I couldn't be more disappointed in a set of 100 dollar earbuds. Never again Soundcore. You have lost a customer.

These earbuds deliver fantastic sound quality and offer excellent features, especially for the price. The noise-canceling is effective, and the audio experience is top-notch. However, the design was uncomfortable for me. After just 10 minutes of wear, they started to hurt my ears. Unfortunately, I had to return them due to this issue. If the design fits your ears comfortably, they’re a great choice, but the fit might not work for everyone.

I placed them in my ears expecting the 98.5% noise cancelling and was instantly disappointed when I could still hear the television in the other room, not to mention, everything my family was saying. I actually purchased them for sleeping which is a no go due to comfort levels when I tried to lay down on a pillow.

I love soundcore products. I have the liberty pro, liberty 3 pro, x600, and many more. These are the first soundcore earbuds that were DOA. The right ear bud would not charge or power on, so I returned them. I know not everything can be perfect, but it was a little disappointing. Guess I will wait til the Liberty 4 pro comes out and try again.

Terrible headphones, been using them for about a month when they work they sound fine, nothing special. Most of the time however they seemed to have interference and stutter while listening to music, making it unbearable to listen to anything. Never has happened to me before with any other headphones , highly recommend you avoid these headphones.

Noise cancellation is poor, it statics and fizzes at the slightest breeze. Outside noise is still loud. Phone calls: calls sound as if the person is far away from the earpiece.
