Purchased product on 04/17/2026. On 6/2/2026, one of the buds suffered a 90% loss in volume. Performed reset procedures and paired with another phone to eliminate any change some sound setting on the original phone was causing an issue. Problem remained. At this point, we were outside of the Best Buy return period. Contacted Anker support, provided our purchase details and were told that since we purchased via a 3rd party retailer (Best Buy mind you, not Penny's Pawn Shop - and this is the Anker Direct store via the Best Buy marketplace) that we were not eligible for any warranty coverage. I will never buy another single Anker product given they cannot stand behind they're own marketplace or product longer than 6 weeks. Sort of ashame since we do actually like their charging solutions. Great job Anker Support!!!

Not even 60 days has gone by and one is super quiet and one is normal. Past the return point at his time so stuck with one earbud. Wasted money a his point.

Using with Iphone first day, paired, sounded decent at first Then at rec center, kept cutting out periodically , very irritating Second day, no sound from keft ear bud. Controls on left still controlled sound in R bud Followed all the on line instructions to reboot, reset, and try pairing with another devide, left side still dead
