Worst pair of air buds I ever owned and I own alot. The case broke the magnetic peace is retracting inward. The battery life sucks. The pairing is on and off, sometimes your connected and have to reconnect. I like soundcore but these are trash. Youre better off getting a $20 generic brand on amazon.

I have the Soundcore headphones and they are perfect, so I was expecting same quality here but when I use them the sound is constantly breaking up. The phone calls are not great either. Very dissapointed. And I give it 2 stars because the sound quality is good.

[Employee of bestbuy] Sound quality is great with noise cancellation mode activated. Without NC mode; it sounded like the audio was being blocked. Also, the part before ear buds is large and that made earbuds not stay in place.

I wish the QC on these were better. The touch controls don't turn at all. Tried their troubleshooting steps.
