Spheres was originally released in 1994. It could be considered the first of the Inchmiddle eraInch Delerium, Seeing Leeb and Fulber starting to move away from the really dark sounds of the earlier work into an approach to ambient that's more spacey and minimalist. Some of the more ambient pieces here could be easily played along with works such as Brian Eno's InchApolloInch or early Tangerine Dream.
