I am usually skeptical when older films are released as a 4K update (images are often too grainy). However, that is not the case with this 4K release of Starship Troopers. The detail and color as compared to the previous blu-ray release are a huge improvement. The sound is also more impressive. I am very glad I opted to make this purchase.

A stellar release that tramples the existing 2017 4K, this release is an amazing upgrade with the Dolby vision and Dolby atmos support, the disc art is a nice touch, but yeah and some new special features, a great release

Amazing transfer. If you already have the original UHD disc, only diehards who want the new bonus features might pick it up.

A classic 90s scifi action flic which stands the test of time and is a fun watch. A film that makes you look at a human army as another form of soldiers like ants, going against an opposing army of aliens. Very gory.

Love the original movie and this is a great 4k transfer and steelbook was a must me for my collection if has the chance to buy the steelbook version do it and a nice classic to your collection

One of the underdogs and underrated ones that it’s actually a great movie , fun action pack and the fox hold up great still great steel case package

Honestly it’s one of my favorite steelbooks in my collection. I love the design, the film is a classic of the 90’s blockbuster era, and it’s a nice sturdy box.
