I had originally called Geek Squad. They assisted me with diagnosis, then handed me off to a sales associate familiar with the difficulty. That sales associate was just as very helpful as the Geek Squad. The appropriate cord was picked and purchased. The only thing that I was a tad upset about was it was out of stock so I had to wait a couple of extra days for it to reach me. It was received and was perfect as everything from Best Buy. I am so very GRATEFUL for you and your team!!!

This is a great cable. Appears sturdy and provided great video from my laptop to my monitor. Taking 1 star off for incorrect description. The description stated it was a converter. It is a cable, so not quite what I was looking for. I need to enter a conference room with an HDMI already installed and connect it to my HP laptop with only a display port.

Does what I needs to do. Running from a RTX 2070 with DP out to a HDMI LED monitor.

Works like it's suppose to. My monitor has VGA and HDMI input only but docking station has display port. Super easy plug and go.

I'm not sure what to think. It is handy to have the HDMI to Displayport cable. My tv seemed to have a love hate relationship with it. Sometimes it was fine, 4k going well. Other times it is only 1080p. Not sure what it is. But the cables look nice, with a quality feel.
