I love this pan for braising!! It heats up very hot and evenly. Easy to clean but I found that food does stick. Probably my fault honestly. I also love the cherry red color.

This is not a pot/pan; but a great braiser. It is called braiser for a reason. LOL. This makes delicious stews! Instead of bake your poultry or meat, try this braiser. The cast iron material makes this braiser one of the best cooking you'll ever made using a right recipe! I have also used it to make stir fry veggies. Great product! However, because of its material, DON'T dream about getting good result frying eggs or pancakes in this!

Incredibly heavy and everything I cook ends up sticking and burning onto the pan. The only thing ive really been able to make is risotto. I love the color but thats about it.
