Not impressed with the quality of the headset for the price. Sound fine, and are they are quite comfortable besides feeling loose on the head.. messed with the band all I could and they either get too lose and slip past my ears, or they fit fine but it feels like it’s being pulled up while wearing them. They are super light weight which I like but at same time they just feel cheaper.

I'm a big guy, with a big head and these were just too small. Small ear cups and small form factor over all. Good quality, but my head felt squeezed. It a shame, because I loved my old Artis Steel Series headset.

I had a chance to play around with these and use them for my laptop for various uses from multimedia to WI-FI calling, video chats and dictation software. QUALITY-COMFORT The quality of the headphones seems to be very durable and has a nice weight to it. The Headband part seems flexible and sturdy, the cloth strap underneath makes for a secure and comfortable fit. I have not come across another strap design and it seems like it would be uncomfortable but it was snug and secure. The fabric on the earcups is very soft and plush, it sits comfortable and the design of the band make it so that they do not pinch. I did not suffer ear fatigue or hot/sweaty sensation after a few hours. The retractable MIC is very nice and it actually works without having to pull out the MIC. It is activated as soon as you turn on the headphones and connect. The quality of the MIC isn't muffled and the reproduced sound is overall good. When gaming I use the extension on the MIC and it does a better job of picking up the sound but you get a little distorted effect if too close to your mouth. The supplied volume wheel is a nice throwback touch, it reduces the fumbling of touch panel controls on the side of the headphones. The wheel makes it easy tyo quickly lower and raise the volume without incident. CONNECTION This is where the deduction of stars occurs for me. The connection via 2.4 suffers for me, there are times i switch media and the sound is distorted and it takes about 5-10seconds for it to stabilize again. This happens everytime i switch media and it also happens when i initially connect the headphones too. I switch over to bluetooth and the connection is better but it always takes a few taps of the switch to get it to connect. I wish it had an auto connect feature when a paired device is turned on within proximity of the headphones but it does not. OVERALL The whole point is the sound and connection and if that is a hassle and does not provide a clear connection everytime then this is a big minus.

Super comfortable and build is strudy. Emrsive sound is good. Quality of sound i give a 3.75 out of 5. Sounds good and makes it fun but clarity of each sound could be abit better as well as little extra base would be nice. Overall reccomend

PERFECT for gaming or maybe a streamer? Sound very nice, bluetooth/2.4 range great and strong over reasonable distance, user app? GG sonar is a pain in the but and really does not provide anything but a headache for me. plus this is wireless only. So, certain finicky systems will not send audio to the headphones. At a few months in I am honestly disappointed and wish I had invested more into a good analog set

When I first bought the headset it was great, battery life is outstanding, the sound quality is very detail and overall it’s a good headset for the most part. But after a couple of months my left ear piece started to mess up and after a year (currently) it won’t even turn on even if it’s plugged in or updated

I've been using this headset for a week now, and it has a lot of great things going for it. First off, the mic quality is fantastic. It's significantly better than their other headsets, thanks to the new chipset they installed in this model. Another feature I really appreciate is the quick switch function between wireless mode and Bluetooth—super convenient. The adjustable ear cups are a huge plus. Finally, a design that fits different head sizes! It's a big improvement over the years. The sound quality is decent, nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done. What really stands out is the side tone monitoring—it's excellent. You can hear yourself clearly, which is great for avoiding that annoying tendency to shout during calls. However, I do have a couple of gripes. I wish the ear cups were larger. They’re supposed to be "around the ear," but they have more of an oval shape that pushes them into "on-ear" territory. For someone with bigger ears like me, this was almost a perfect headset. Unfortunately, the comfort level is a deal breaker. I had to return them because they just weren't comfortable for long-term use. So, while this headset has a lot of strong points, especially in terms of mic quality and adjustability, the ear cup size and overall comfort could be better. If you have smaller ears, you'll probably love it, but if not, you might run into the same issues I did. TL;DR Pros: 1. Excellent mic quality due to the new chipset. 2. Convenient quick switch function between wireless mode and Bluetooth. 3. Adjustable ear cup height for a better fit. 4. Decent sound quality. 5. Excellent side tone monitoring. Cons: 1. Ear cups are not large enough for a true "around the ear" design. 2. Comfort issues for users with larger ears due to the oval shape of the ear cups.

The headset audio is very good only problem is the Bluetooth sucks like it pops in and out every .5 seconds so it gives you a headache and basically no audio the 2.4hz audio is perfect other than having to connect via Bluetooth then switch to 2.4hz audio and then there’s 5 different versions of the headset. Gaming, audio, and etc… if it doesn’t give any issues (it always does) connecting it’s a perfect headset. Also there’s no recent things to help you with fixing it. So you gotta figure it out by yourself

Sound quality and microphone are fine. Not comfortable to wear for very long. I only bought this because it had Bluetooth connectivity.

I was nervous at first when I bought the product because when I started to use it, the mic was not that good when it came to quality for 100$ worth of equipment but I downloaded the required software and the quality got 100% better. I probably wouldn’t recommend tho

[Employee of bestbuy] It's a fine headset. The headband isn't too adjustable but is comfortable. The microphone is easy to use and adjust. The audio quality is kind of flat, but does have a decent base response. It's good for the price, but if you want quality audio without a mic, I would recommend a wired headphone.

Definitely a beginner headset. Maybe for the kids. It was comfortable. Audio was mushy and bass would get distorted at times. It's not bad but if you own higher end headphones this will be a massive step down.

Decent but for the price point you could probably find better. Connectivity is meh, it at times would like to randomly disconnect when a game or app is launched.

Bluetooth Dongle feels extremely fragile. Dialogue and general music listening: “S”s hurt my ears. Low-end was very quiet (no bass; it was very hard for me to hear. I’m a basshead and love to hear that depth of range but it felt really shallow). I’m not sure if it’s to balance out the fact that it has a built in mic… the general quality for voice was 8/10. Buttons are easy to use and the thing has a lot of solid features. Paired to my pc, ps5, iphone, and switch with relative ease. Just make sure whatever you’re trying to pair has a USB-A or USB-C port. Soundscape was decent but again, the depth felt shallow with the bass range even when plugged in. great headset to get on sale.

As the review title says the audio quality when gaming, watching movies, during work phone calls and/or meetings is all great. However, the mic ALWAYS pipes through the headphones even when it is fully retracted into the headset itself. Which means when I wear a hoodie & game and the mic brushes across my hoodie I can hear the audio of it looping back through the headphones. Not a good experience really. I have played around with the app on iOS and Android both and it doesn't appear like there is a way to stop this from occurring. Bummer. I really love the various EQ settings for the headphones though. It has a long list (I'd even venture to call it a huge list) of EQs for specific games & scenarios. These range from specific to music, to specific for movies, to NBA, to numerous CoD games, to CS:Go, CS2, Cyberpunk2077, FIFA, iRacing, Minecraft, World of Tanks, War Thunder, World of Warcraft (WoW), and so on. It is insanely robust and really nice. I wish my various other headsets had this functionality. I just cannot get over the mic audio loopback even when retracted and muted on my end. Maybe I am doing something wrong and just haven't figured it out, it's possible. But if that is the case then surely others have the same problem too? I have even turned down the microphone volume to 0 within the app and still no resolution. It is really disappointing. I wanted to love these, and the truth is I just barely even like them and it's because of the vast array of EQs found within the app. I guess it will be back to searching for a 7.1+ Surround Sound headphones, with a good mic, that doesn't cause my ears or head to experience fatigue and that will last. *Sigh*
