It’s really nice just know it does not have a tpm so you can’t play valorant and cs2 but other then that is really good

The product is great so far. The dimensions and specifications are exactly what was expected. Shipping was not very well put together but after having to do some sitting for a few hours I was able to intercept my package after the 4th delivery attempt.

It runs good i havnt had any problems with it yet the only thing that was bad was the keyboard they sent it already went out i had to go buy another one but other than that its treated me pretty good

Got it for my kid's first gaming pc, and she loves it so far. It did get here without the mouse, but the seller was very quick in resolving that issue. They shipped the new mouse to me within a few days.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a gaming PC from STGaubron, a third-party seller through Best Buy. This PC was bought as a Christmas gift for my 12-year-old, and from the moment it was opened, there were problems. The system did not function properly, and instead of immediately resolving the issue, STGaubron required me to troubleshoot the PC myself. After going through their steps, it was determined that the computer has a faulty motherboard. Now, after all the inconvenience and wasted time, they want me to ship the entire PC back for a replacement, which is extremely frustrating considering this was supposed to be a working holiday gift. Because this was a third-party Marketplace purchase, Best Buy was unable to assist beyond referring me back to the seller. Unfortunately, STGaubron’s customer service is very limited, difficult to reach, and they refuse to escalate the issue to a supervisor. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from STGaubron through the Best Buy Marketplace.

Gaming computer is gaming and working as expected to.

My grandson loves it. He's 14, and a true gamer, so he knows a good PC, and this one is a winner.

Worked great until a few days ago and the wifi started to malfunction.

My husband loves it we are absolutely happy with it came in before the estimated shipping day!

Actually very great PC for its price, easy to set up even for beginners or professionals in the PC community. I mainly use it for college work and digital art but it is great for gaming as well.

Don’t buy! Customer service is horrible it took the a week “ mind you I had to email them back” for them to tell me about the motherboard that doesn’t come with tpm 2.0 and doesn’t support secure boot if you want to play games that require those two features. Which they could have told me same day. Don’t recommend this company products.

Old parts and didnt work when I plugged it in, took it back the next day

It's pretty good Pc . Especially for a first timer. Easy to set up.

Product was defective when it was delivered. However the company was responsive upon the refund.
