It wasn't a good replacement for one of the TV's missing controller. The controller is rough.

Not sure if it was a generic but it definitely had bad communication with the tv. It lags and it clicks lik cheap plastic Definitely not like the original samsung one that comes with tv

Very happy with product for the price. Replacement from Samsung is $120.00 and this aftermarket remote works exactly as the original except does not have the voice feature. It’s plastic so not sure how it will hold up with the kids dropping it. But at the price I can just replace with this remote at a good value.

The remote is of inferior quality. The buttons were difficult to move, and the device didn't work properly.

Doesn’t work!!! Received the remote in time expected but after putting batteries in it nothing happened. Thought maybe was old went to store purchased new batteries and still nothing. Not worth the hassle to return

There were no directions included with this item. It failed to act as advertised.

Does exactly what is needed. I actually like it better than the solar one because it doesn’t charge as well as just using batteries

Kids lost my original remote was great to get one that works exactly like it should.

Had to get a new one. It accidentally fell in a small trash can that was by my recliner and my care worker dumped the trash without looking.
