This grinder is a Size #8 Grinder which means the Grinding Plates are 2-7/16” in Diameter. The Hole Sizes in the Grinding Plates are 4mm, 5mm & 8mm which gives you a good choice of the size of Grind you wish to do for your meat. This grinder also Features a Sausage Stuffing Plate.
This Complete Kit also Includes a Vegetable Slicer/Shredder/Grater Attachment which Includes 4 Different Sized Stainless Steel Drum "Blades".
