This blender broke after making one smoothie. Since they are an outside vendor, it is apparently NOT covered under our annual warranty. Furthermore, the 3rd party vendor is not responding to any inquires about the warranty. We have wasted more time trying to get someone to do something on this item than it's worth. It's obvious that Best Buy does not vet their outside vendors and Best Buy is washing their hands of the whole thing - pretty poor customer service for a $50 item and we've been customers of Best Buy for well over a decade now.
