Styrofoam inside 2 glass door panels.

There is a piece of styrofoam between the 2 glass door panels. Contacted Best Buy, Manufacturer, and “Whole9yards USA LLC” (I was informed that they are the seller and shipper). This defective microwave was on the Best Buy website. No one was willing to arrange a replacement. Terrible product and customer service. Look for another product and vendor!

Styrofoam inside 2 glass door panels.

There is a piece of styrofoam between the 2 glass door panels. Contacted Best Buy, Manufacturer, and “Whole9yards USA LLC” (I was informed that they are the seller and shipper). This defective microwave was on the Best Buy website. No one was willing to arrange a replacement. Terrible product and customer service. Look for another product and vendor!
