Sunnyland Slim - Legendary Bop Rhythm & Blues Classics - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Mississippi native Albert Luandrew, better known as blues pianist and vocalist Sunnyland Slim, first came into prominence in Chicago in the late 1940's fronting a band that included Muddy Waters on guitar. Early in 1954 he cut these four classic tracks for Al Benson's Parrot tag subsidiary Blue Lake, which are among the best rare blues tracks of a career which spanned almost five decades.
