I believe you are correct. This is only available if you buy a Switch 2, and if you buy 2 Switch 2 games. I got two of those at the same time when I got my console and 2 games. You can find it in facebook market not very expensive. I sold mine for 30 bucks.

You can buy any two of the Nintendo Switch Mario games included in the promotion. I'd highly recommend you pick up at least a copy (or two) of Mario + Luigi Brothership for this promotion. Well worth it in my opinion.

The case is only $120, it's not a bad deal. I also got two copies of Mario + Luigi Brothership with the case. I might buy another two copies and get another case.
