So after 4 months use. The bike is fun, however quality could be better. My front light stopped working within a 2 weeks. Looks like a common problem. I weigh about 145lbs. Fast when fully charged and flat terrain. Heavier persons will still have fun on flat terrain. When there is an incline, power goes way down, Decent range and battery indicator relatively accurate. I got this on sale for $250 so definitely worth it for price. This is more recreational than a true commuter bike replacement.

Nice feel, solid. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. Only thing I noticed is that when you are going uphill, the battery indicator would be down to almost zero, which confused me in the beginning because I had just recharged it prior to. I mean it was full again when running on relatively level surface. Also I received it with the front fender broken. I mean it's no big deal, but I didn't even see the broken piece anywhere, so I think it broke before or during packaging.

These bikes are great. We have so much fun on them and get up to 20 mph on them. On the bad side, we now have 4 of these bikes, and within a month of purchasing each one, the headlight stops working.

I like the bike. At first had problems with the inner tube, then made an RMA and they sent me a new one within a day. I can cruise the neighborhood and time my range so I don't run out of juice. Worth the price if needing or trying an electric bike for the first time.

Great bike gets me around Manhattan. One thing I suggest is changing out the back tire for a solid tire so you can forget about flats.

It worked for about a month and then the back tire blew out a huge hole and had to be replaced. Stuff started fallingApart shortly after and it started to lose its speed. It never went up to 9 miles it went maybe 4 1/2 or five tops before the battery died. I wouldn’t buy it again. Way too much money for a cheap products.

Bought 2....both broke in 6 months. Disappointed, but think I can fix them. Just haven’t had the time to try yet.

I have to say this little scooter is pretty cool. Goes even faster than the manual says. I’m usually around 15-18 mph

Runs great and is fun to ride! Not too fast but better than riding a regular bike!

Bought this for my 12 year old grandson for Christmas. Can’t wait for him to try it out.

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it! He even has my old tired butt riding on it and it is so much fun. The only thing is we had to buy a new seat for it because the seat it comes with it’s kind a hard and uncomfortable, so we bought a Schwinn seat from Amazon and now it’s perfect. Great job Swagtron! P.S. It goes faster than 10 miles an hour

I’ll go ahead and tell you that this thing is small. For a adult it’s ok. The speed is ok, better if you are going down a hill. The battery gauge is tricky. Not moving it shows 100%. Moving it may show 50%.

I do think this is a great scooter. However, the catalogue tells you nothing as far as trouble shooting. My head light went out after only three months. I have no idea on finding out how to repair it

This doesnt contact front disk brakes like the original swag cycle and it doesnt have a button for a honk or light on/off switch. I wish bestbuy sold the swagcycle pro instead of the envy.
