It's a really nice backpack and it fits all the essentials for my work. Liked the style and the only con I have is that Best Buy charged $10.00 more than what is on the Swiss Gear website for the same exact item.

Just like all the products I bought from Best Buy, this backpack is really awesome! It's very sturdy, I can carry my 17'' Notebook, clothes, books, etc, inside, I can also charge my phone from outside through the USB port, it's very confortable, no matter how heavy it is. Besides that, in one of the shoulder strap there's a pocket to keep a keyholder and, several other pockets, inside and out side, and on both sides, there are pockets with zippers where I can keep my wallet and mobile.

My previous Swiss Gear is 8-9 years old and it recently started to come apart. It was used daily every weekday for my back and forth commute to work on the train. That’s a fair amount of time with the amount of usage over those years. I’m impressed with this company that I decided to get this new version that is designed for gamers. Though that is not my purpose (may pack my Nintendo Switch OLED at some point) of purchase, I fell in love with the design and style when searching online. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. The quality is phenomenal. It feels lighter than it looks. I would highly recommend. A lot of compartments for game consoles, switch game holders, USB for a (not included) power brick to charge your devices on the go. I can’t say enough positive things. Not a single negative. Well, maybe the price. But in this case, you get what you pay for. I bought it on Best Buy on sale for $150.00. You won’t regret this Swiss Gear gamer backpack.

I used my best buy credit card points. I'm not a gamer but I liked the idea of carrying my tech gear and work stuff for my real estate business. So most of the time I can carry everything in one bag. So I carry a laptop, an ipad with keyboard, large noise cancelling call earphones as well as a small set, wireless microphones for video, a small DJI drone with 3 batteries and controller, a small mouse for my computer and tons of charging cords, connectors and also a small tripod and light for filming basic walk throughs and video. Lastly a bunch of client files. I can carry almost everything I need in a normal day working on the road.

Part of the handle has come undone exposing thin metal cable wire that keeps stabbing my hand no matter how much I try to avoid it.

I've only had this backpack since November 2024 and one of the straps has already torn. The zippers on every compartment get stuck while trying to zip them closed. I contacted swissgear warranty this past month of March, since im out of my bestbuy warranty and sent photos and proof of purchase. It has been almost a month and i haven't heard one single thing or received any email back from them. I have been buying swissgear products for years and this will be my last one. Just a headsup that if you purchase one of these backpacks, youre on your own if problems occur.
