The design is great. It mixes the protien well. Only call out is I like my protien drink cold. It does not hold a cold temperture long enough.

Overall a nice bottle, but I don’t love the mixer. It does work, but not as good as the typical wire ones. It als floats to the top after shaking. It’s a nice sturdy bottle overall and do like using.

It's a cup. You shouldn't come in expecting anything life changing, but it does its job.

Great shaker. I use it after my workout and my protein stays fresh. The blender that mixes the protein is the best.
