I WAS DISCOURAGED BY THE LONG WAIT AND HAVING TO GO TWICE TO THE STORE AS IT WAS OVER THE HOLIDAYS AND NEWER STAFF DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIND IT. LIKE THAT THE SPECIFIC 'JACK' NEEDED CAN BE DETACHED AS IT DISCOURAGES THEFT OF THE DEVICE. I KEEP THE JACK IN MY POCKET WHEN NOT IN USE. ULTIMATELY I DID RECEIVE THE ORDER AND STILL AM DELIGHTED WITH PERFORMANCE AND VALUE.THANKS, BEST BUY!

It has worked well and i am pleased. I bought it as a 2nd charger. It give me greater flexibility.

I have used it to charge both Acer and HP laptops so far without issues. The changeable charging plugs seem to all fit snuggly. Packaging and items look new. Good purchase.

What can I say? It works great. The adapter for my particular laptop (Lenovo 120S) fits a little tight, but it goes in and holds snug(!) and charges great! Very pleased!

The response time was quick and had my laptop charged in a jiffy. There are several adaptors that are sure to fit most laptops.

I was a little hesitant getting a refurbished product, but it looks new, works great, and was much less money than the alternatives.

I didn't know what to expect with "refurbished." I had just returned a new charger as I needed 2 different plugs for 2 laptops (the new charger kit didn't have enough plugs to match).One of my laptops was older, so its plug was different. I find the HP Plugs stick out from the computer and they tend to break. I like the Targus plug because it doesn't stick out much; instead it is at a 90 degree angle. IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO BREAK, SO I AM HAPPY

Good Charger for the value and its worth the money paid and can be used for different laptops

This is the first time I bought a refurbished device and I'm pleased that it is working perfectly. All the interchangeable tips were included and work as expected. Tested tips on varies brands of laptops, and they all worked. Currently using it to replace a cord on a charger that was chewed up and clawed, done by a naughty kitten.

I just got them days ago for my dell laptop. Works great.

Needed a charger right away since the one I currently have died off on me and this was the perfect replacement and having all the extra accessories is convenient if other people need a charger and it’s not the same type as mine.

Since it was a little more power than what I needed for my laptop (40w), I didn't know if it would work. It included the adapter that fit the Dell and it charges well!

Awesome product, I originally bought this for one computer that the original charger disappeared to. We ended up using it for multiple laptops in the house.

Bought to replace a broken charger on an Acer E15 laptop. Works and charges the same as the original charger. It does not get hot like some replacement chargers.

This charger fit my laptop with no problems. And much more affordable then the name brands.

I needed to replace my charger for my Gateway laptop that had worn in half. The charger came with a booklet with suggestions which adapter would work with various different brands. The second one I tried worked, and within a few minutes my laptop was completely charged. I’ve read that even if none of the provided adapters work, you can call the company and they will send you one that will for free. Definitely recommend.
