The TCL 58” Class S5 Series 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Fire TV (2025) offers a sharp, bright 4K picture with great color for the price. Setup is easy, the Fire TV interface is smooth, and streaming apps run well. Sound is decent, but a soundbar helps. Overall, a great big-screen TV for everyday viewing at a solid price.

Good quality tv, easy to setup and able to hang up by myself(5’6 man weighing at 125 lbs). OS seems to be loading at a good rate, doesn’t seem slow switching applications.

The TCL Fire TV is a great choice if you’re looking for an affordable smart TV with solid performance. Setup is quick and easy, especially if you already use Amazon devices. The picture quality is surprisingly good for the price—bright colors, sharp detail, and smooth playback for movies and shows. The sound is decent, but pairing it with a soundbar makes a big difference. What really stands out is the Fire TV interface. It’s simple to navigate, voice control works well with Alexa, and all the major apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) load quickly. I also appreciate how lightweight the TV is, making it easy to mount or move around. If you want a budget-friendly TV that still feels modern and responsive, the TCL Fire TV is a solid option. It’s not the same level as a high-end Samsung or LG, but for everyday streaming, gaming, and family use, it performs better than expected.

Great picture and ideal size for the space I mounted it in. Was looking for a 60” TV but wanted another TCL so I went with this one and could not beat the price! This is the fourth TCL TV I purchased for my home and they simply can’t be beat for quality versus cost!

In love from the moment I opened it !!Got an amazing sale on this 58’. The 4k display is great and true to size, sound quality is A1, and it has every app you could think of (including built in Alexa feature on remote). I’ve had this beauty about for two weeks and no issues at all ! If you’re thinking about getting this don’t think twice. I highly recommend!! RUN immediately do not walk!!

Love this 58 in tv!! Bought to enjoy football games and just to enjoy being outside . Picture crisp and clear .. nice and bright and the sun doesn’t glare too much like my old tv . Can’t beat this price !

tv works well, as of yesterday about aa month of having it the sound would jst go off and the tv would show lines like it was glitching not sure if that was a netflix thing or tcl thing but i just kept turning it off to restart and it worked so hopefully that doesnt keep happening.

When the TV is on a show, the color is good and bright, and the TV looks nice. However, with light bleed like this, you really notice how much a TV cuts to all black in shows / in and out of commercials / changing apps, etc. This was replacing a TV that was 5+ years old, and light bleed on this 2025 model is far worse, which I feel like is unacceptable. I added photos of the light bleed on an all-black screen.

Contradictory to the pictures and description listed by Best Buy this tv doesn’t have 2.1 sound. There is no speaker in the back center of the tv. There are also no 2.1 hdmi ports even though they list there are 2. The picture is good for the price but 3 to 5 second delay from pressing settings till the menu appears on a brand new tv is unacceptable. No attempt to make this fraudulent listing correct or make the customer happy. Just an if you don’t like it just return it. The 1st picture is what you get, the second is what they advertise.
