Tv goes out in 1 1/2 years. This was the newest addition to our home. In under 2 years it went out. We have older TVs ranging from( 3 to 7 years old, ) and they are still working just fine. Do not purchase this TV or you’ll be buying another on in under 2 years. Headed to purchase another TV and it won’t be a TCL.

Great tv great picture. The only issue I have is dark scenes can be difficult to watch. 4k and hdr content look amazing as long as it isn’t a dark scene. But for the price I can’t complain. A 65 in tv with 4k and hdr for under $520 with tax included is pretty phenomenal

I am and Android guy. love this tv. does everything I wanted, great picture. Apps not on the TV Google Play Store can be installed from other sources if you know Android operating system. I use "Apps Backup Restore" from Google Play Store on my phone to create installable apps from my phone. Put them on USB thumb drive and install on TV. As long as screen orientation and TV remote controls are good, the apps work fine. you may need to add blue tooth mouse for further functionality.

It’s a decently good tv. I mostly play ps5 and netflix. The colors are a great but you need a dark background to have the best experience. Black is not that great compared to Sony or LG. It’s android so it has a bit of a boot time and keeping quick start option on sometimes causes some apps to not work properly (cruncyroll). Input lag is there and noticable if you compare it to higher range gaming tvs but it does a great job for casual gaming. I use external soundbar and woofer anyways because no tv internal speaker is that great. If you aren’t hardcore gamer and colors connoisseur, go for it!

I got this 65” a few weeks ago and I love it! The images are really good quality and so is the sound. I was very impressed since the price seemed too good to be true. If you are are looking for good price and good quality I recommend this TV.

Good picture, easy to set up, and navigate through preferences. Great price point.

Great picture and pretty nice sound. Overall good value. My only complaint is with the remote. The way the sensor is on the front of the TV you pretty much have to be straight in front of the TV to change the channel. So if sitting in my recliner off to the side I have to get up to change the channel or volume. That’s kind of a big issue unfortunately

Overall this is a good TV. The picture is REALLY good, and the sound is pretty decent too, even though I mostly use a soundbar now. Overall I feel the Android TV platform needs some work. I had read articles about Roku being in legal battles with other companies and possibly losing YouTube, and some other apps, so I figured Android TV would be a good alternative - plus it was cheaper. Several times my shows have just stopped and gone back to the main screen of the TV. The only option to share from your phone is chromecast, but not every video on phones are equipped to cast where as Roku allows you to just share your phones screen. Other settings aren't very easy to find as the platform isn't always the most user friendly, and it's slow to respond and seems glitchy at times. For now I am very happy, but may give in and buy a Roku stick to plug into the HDMI port to override the whole Android TV platform. I haven't decided yet. Next time I'll likely just spend the extra money for a Roku TV instead of Android TV but overall this is a good TV.
Very good tv. Good service. Good sound . Still brand new.

Great 65 inch Android TV. I bought it for a family member as a housewarming gift & got a great deal on it. She loves it. Since I haven’t watched it hardly, I can’t really comment on how great the picture is, but she & her family all love it. Easy to use as well.

Great picture quality and the speaker that come with it are very good I had a Vizio and the sound was so bad I add a sound bar but not this just mounted it on the wall hooked up my Ethernet plug and all worked great after set-up started playing around with the setting or lack of I should say this is a very basic tv you know that when you go to advance sitting and all you can do is turn off a light wow they need an extra line to let you turn a light on and off I don't clarify that as an advanced sitting also the android software is slow and freezes up at times and I'm not on wifi I'm wired straight out of my router with verry good rj45-8 cable all my stuff show I've got 250 to 300 gbs I really like the tv just thought people should know also I only use 3 apps prime sling and Netflix which non work that great on the software on this model and sling is unusable it's always saying wait while we update but it never does so I just go back to my $20 Roku and everything works perfectly I have even tried connecting to wifi and it's just as bad but I guess for the price I'll have to use my Roku it's just kind of funny they build a tv and it costs xxxx and a cheap $20 box can handle more anyhow thought I'd give my 2 cents worth j

Great price on a nice TV. Love the android operating system. It is so much better than my Roku TCL tv. Picture is great and sound is good enough to use without my soundbar at times. The rewind and pause live antennae TV is awful compared to my ROKU TCL. You have to activate it every time. My ROKU TV is always "recording" whenever OTA tv is on. I would love for TCL to fix this. Great buy! I returned a new LG TV that cost twice as much and this is a better TV (hopefully reliability is good, time will tell)
