I just purchased a 85 Qm7l tv along with the q85h soundbar/system. I’m having an issue now with the tv not responding to the tv remote because the sound bar sits too high. I don’t want to wall mount the tv or sound bar. Is there any solutions available?
You would need to purchase an alternative stand/mount that is compatible with the 600mm x 400mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
I have heard this model has issues around motion blur regarding sports in standard definition. Could you give me some color on this models motion handling and sports?
The 85QM7L is designed to deliver a smooth viewing experience for fast-moving content like sports. It features a native 120Hz panel and TCL's motion-enhancement technology, which helps reduce blur and improve motion clarity during live sports, action scenes, and gaming. As with any TV, picture quality for standard-definition sports broadcasts can vary depending on the source signal and how the content is being upscaled. Higher-quality HD and 4K sports feeds will generally provide the best results. You can also adjust the TV's motion settings to match your personal preference for sports viewing. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Is the OTA tuner ATSC 1 or ATSC 3?
