This is a classic example of "you get what you pay for"! I bought this with a TCL 65-inch television - which Best Buy will not let me review because it's so terrible - and I could not be more disappointed. I was in a pinch and on a budget, but I was assured by the Best Buy sales rep that this would be more than OK. However, I've had many problems with both the TV and the soundbar. I even had the geek squad out to check it out, and they couldn't even give me an answer! The surround sound part only works some of the time; the volumes are all over the road, and the sub is just useless. Save yourself a trip to the garbage dump in the future and buy something better first time.

Sound is fine, setup was kind of a pain. You'd think since it's the same brand as the tv it would be seamless, but it took about a week of tinkering to get it as functional as possible--and it doesn't consistently work with our older Flex box, so sometimes we have surround and sometimes we don't.

Just looking for something small to kick off with this would be the option only down fall is thatvthw subwoofer is a down firing u really dont feel the impact of the bass

The pictures, especially on this site, are VERY MISLEADING! My son bought one for my husband and the photos don’t have any cable coming out of either of the small speakers whether they were on the wall or the table. We need the wireless and he didn’t realize until he made the 2 hour drive home to bring it to his dad… please make it clear because now I have to figure out how we can make this work without having exposed wires for my grandson and our dogs
