The sub sounds great. Deep bass and you can feel the rumble. The problem is the sound bar. The speakers on my tv were better. Also when watching sports the background noise and crowd noise outweighs the anouncers (no matter the setting it was on). Also the fact it anounces “HDMI ARC” everytime the tv is tuened on annoyed me and sounded cheap. Never had a sound bar that announced the setting.

The bar itself sounds very good but the sub is not strong enough for me. It would be good for a small bedroom. A larger room will need more. The overall sound is very good and would recommend for small spaces.

Much better sound than the stock speakers on my TV however the lack of a center channel kind of bug me. Overall great upgrade for the money. But spend more if you want something a bit richer in sound.

Well its definitely better than tv speakers but I honestly think the vizio soundbars have a better sound. The tcl sounds a bit muddy in the mid and upper bass frequencies where the vizio sounds much tighter and controlled. Neither compare to a real subwoofer but you get the idea. I do like that tcl gives you a remote and doesnt rely strictly on an app like new vizio soundbars. I would recommend quality over features and get the vizio.

The sound quality is alright, the voice seems too be so quiet compared to the bass and yes I’ve tried different ways to adjust it.

There is no code for the remote to program cable or satellite remote per tech support. Also new out of box using hdmi for audio connection showed connection but no audio. Tv even displayed sub on screen. After 1 hour on phone, they said it was bad. Have TCL TV bought 2024 also so I really wanted this to work.
