A: This comes in a single box that according to paperwork attached to the box weighs 160 kg (352#). The box is 76” x 30” x 22” It took multiple efforts but we eventually were able to get this in the back of my SUV with the back seats down and the passenger seat all the way forward. My son and I were able to get it out of the SUV and then carried the pieces into the house. Setup was pretty straightforward. Since some might care, I note that I couldn't find a way to use this that didn't allow personal health information (PHI) be shared with google analytics. If this matters to you, you may want to fully vet this in advance and make sure that this will work for you.
Q: What are the monthly fees for live workouts? Is there any free programs that come with purchase
A: The monthly fee is $39 a month, and you MUST have a subscription in order to use the device at all.
A: It's the same accessory pack whether you order on tempo or through best buy.
Q: Does this price include the 1 year membership charge? If not are you able to pay monthly?
A: No, no membership is included and you will have to pay my the month.
Q: Does it really only come with ONE 25lb weight???? Not a set of 2? Makes no sense
A: I think thats a barbell that weighs 25lbs. And not the plates. The plates come in even number so that should be fine.
Q: Is the Tempo warranty still offered if you order through Best Buy?
A: I don't think so, but instead you get your warranty service through Best Buy. We are also Total Tech members at Best Buy which gave us free delivery and set up as well as free haul away. Best Buy has been great with us and like going through them.
Q: What is the length of the barbell?
A: About 59.5 inches in total; lifting portion is about 44.5 inches long.
Q: Are there heavier weights such as 25lbs or 50lbs for those who lift 300lbs daily?
A: Yes on tempos website
