The first tag completely devoted to doo-wop, Time Square Records spearheaded the revival of R&B group harmony in the early 1960' s. The labels first in 1961, Inch(Here) in My Heart,Inch was by an exceptional interracial quintet dubbed The Time tones, named after the tag. The single was far superior to many Doo-Wop hits produced in the Fifties and enjoyed a five week run on Billboard's national pop charts. The Time tones second single, InchPretty Pretty GirlInch was released later that same year year and enjoyed considerable airplay and just bubbled under the national top 100. Presented here are the original recordings of these two influential hits, newly re-mastered.
