Does exactly what it says. Heats up and cools within seconds. Battery doesnt last too ling though. I get about 3 uses per charge. Also there needs to be some sort of clasp that holds the battery in place securely as it just slides in and out.

Battery began not charging and running out very quickly one day after the 30 days return ended. Once charged, other buttons are not working. After multiple presses, it will work sometimes, but runs out pretty quickly. Think its all related to the battery. Battery gets very hot, thinking might cause a fire. Worked fine until it didn't. Brand new unit. New battery might be the fix and then I would give it 4 stars. The Cold setting doesn't really get cold, gets cool. The warm setting feels pretty good. It feels like after a few months of using it, I might see some benefits, but stuck right now with a defective battery.

AMAZING! I wish I would’ve bought this a long time ago. I’m constantly kneeling and bending in my line of work which has caused years of pain and stress on my knees, with 2 treatments the pain has gone away!

It's hard to get a good massage around the knee area but the sleeve fits just right around the sore points of your knee. The cold and hot temperatures are pretty effective and sufficient. Great product!

I can’t believe how much it has helped me by using it for 30 minutes every night. I can finally walk with out being in pain. Love it.

Must have for knees that have been injured! Bought this as a gift for my son and he is extremely satisfied.

I’ve never been big on paying too much attention to recovery… but as I’ve gotten older, my body has recently begun demanding it. The knee recovery from Therabody is an -excellent- device if you have knee problems/pain. The impact/effect of daily use with this can’t be overstated. Great product and am super glad I moved forward with the purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] Unit warms up fairly quickly. Lights look cool and are reminiscent of a video game. Battery time is good considering I expecting a few minutes. Bought for my mom who is a retired veteran and she loves it too!

The battery doesnt even last 1 whole cycle..unfortunately we didnt have a chance to test it right away. It was sitting brand new for months. Horrible customer service. Do not buy their products they will not help you.

Inwas looking for something more for the front of side of my knee. Ths seems to ice or heat above the area i needed. Which is causing discomfort

My dad likes both the heat and massage functions, and feels like they made a real difference in his knee pain and mobility.
