Very sophisticated look and easy to use. Cooks great.

Installed in our new island, looks great. Have not had the opportunity to really use it. Easy to operate.

Just a typical microwave function-wise except for the drawer part. It is nice that it closes with a little push on the door versus always using the "close" button. My biggest gripe is that for the price, you'd think they would at least make the buttons illuminated. Would've also been nice if the +1 min was a +30 second instead. That would reduce the need for illuminated buttons for me. Not sure if the other manufacturers are any better. I heard that these drawer microwaves are overpriced because Sharp has the patent and everyone has to pay a lot to use this tech.

This drawer is fantastic. Should you touch anything hot, it would spill in only the drawe. Love the design & easy to use!

Overall it is a great microwave. I only gave 4 stars for one glaring omission on the design. The keyboard does not light up making it very hard to read the labels on the keys even in the daylight. Otherwise it works great, easy to install and keep clean.

Great look, just what I wanted. Love this appliance. Makes my kitchen and saves much needed space in small kitchen

It looks very nice, but the functional bottoms are very small and also it is a little bit loud when opens. It doesn't come with a plate like the other microwaves.

It works great, looks great. I love the "keep warm" feature on it! I will keep my pancakes and tortillas in there as I cook them to keep them all warm. The only complaint I have is that the numbers don't light up, that would have made it perfect. Just a heads up, there is no spinning plate inside. I totally thought it would, but it doesn't. BUT I have never had any circulation issues either. It works great!

Like everything else the microwave took over 9 months to receive. It’s a perfect match with the rest of the appliances and looks and works great.

Ordered in November 2020. Received in April 2021. It didn’t work a tech has come to fix it two separate times, still door is not closing correctly, therefore heating elements don’t work!!! Pay so much money for these “high end” products... that don’t work!!!

A microwave drawer is a truly fantastic invention. the door doesn't hang out in space. Technology is elegant and really adds style to you kitchen. I've had one for years and it finally needed replacing. The new on is silent and quiet.

Great microwave. We’re new to the drawer design. You have to have a little patience waiting for drawer to open and close vs. the old slam the door shut over the range.
