We love our new range! It is beautiful, easy to clean, and makes cooking a joy. It did take about 2 months for delivery, however it was well worth the wait. The Best Buy installation team was fantastic. They were very nice and knowledgeable and had our new range and hood installed in no time. Very happy with our purchase.

The stainless steel range is hard to keep clean. Even with the special cleaning cloths thermador gave me. The stove stop is also hard to keep clean. The oven fan stays on after you shut off the oven and its noisy

This is not worth the money. One example- - At this price the Oven Cleaning Method is manual! ? ? I have had this oven for 5 years and I am kicking myself for spending 5x more than I should have. I got swept up in having the Brand and the unique star burners. I cook a lot so I thought we "deserved" a high priced appliance like this. I'm very sad we went this route when redoing our kitchen. REASONS and SOME NOTES: When you are looking at this in person, remove the grates. Look at how the front stainless lip (PANEL-FACIA) comes over to meet the what is called the "HOB TOP". If you look over and in the top of that lip, there is a HUGE gap. Plan on having that LOAD up with food and particles unless you NEVER spill and cook daintily. Make note of all the gaps in the top of the range edges and corners. Look carefully because it is hard to see because it is all black when new. Plan on having a cleaning nightmare, again, unless you never have time constraints or spill salt/pepper or cook 2 things going at once. With in 2 or 3 times using the oven, the gaps (where ever they are) allowed grease - say from a whole chicken, or a pizza - to splatter and get IN BETWEEN the front glass and the inner glass. It looked like a trashy-loser-18 year old oven within a month. Finally, BTUs: We had to upgrade our gas line to accommodate for it. Again, I am kicking myself for this. Our kitchen ambiance is 10 to 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house! Even in the winter this can be too much. In the summer, I don't even want to use the burners. It is so disappointing. Just plan on cranking up your air-conditioning 30 min in advance to accommodate for your expensive Thermador range and oven . . . :/

I love the extra low heat burners. I have used this feature so many times already. Also the height of the burners has made it extremely easy to keep clean. I'm still getting to know the oven. Seems to cook more evenly than my old oven. The oven does heat the kitchen quite a bit. I feel the hood is much needed but I do not have that yet.

We upgraded from a KitchenAid range and we are so in love with our new Thermador range. Love that the oven is switches and knobs compared to a digital layout, since those can heat up and become wonky over time. Good old fashioned switches are reliable compared to digital displays. This has been a workhorse for us since we had this delivered and couldn’t be happier with our purchase through Pacific Sales.

I'm glad we bought the four burner rather than the five burner 30 inch range. The burners are more or less equal size and they put out the perfect amount of heat whether on high or extra low. It has a minimalistic design and it should have a clock and a timer but the 30-in does not come with that. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our range.

The quality is really good, burner was strong enough for cooking, especially for Chinese food. I like the materials which is stainless steel that is very easy to clean after every use. I will 5/5 stars for overall rating. highly recommended .

This stove is top notch - worth the money we paid for it! The quality is outstanding. The door to the oven closes tightly/keeping the temperature accurate. All around a great decision to buy on our part! You won't go wrong buying this range!

I love this range!! It cooks womderfully, looks great, and is easy to clean. I did ALOT of research before I bought this range and it has turned out to be one of the best purchases I have made for my home.

We are very happy with the purchase of the Thermador - ProHarmony 4.4 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Gas Convection Range with ExtraLow Select Burners - Stainless Steel.

Stove top is great, even heat. Oven feels like it takes a little longer to warm up, but this might be more that you have check verse get an audio sound. I like the clean look with no display, but given the are controlling the temp seem like a little auditory sound element could be place some where…for the price point.

Excellent temperature control. Wide range of temperatures with the burners. My wife is a gourmet cook. She loves this range.

Easy to use, not too techy and highly efficient, very easy to clean

This is my 2nd Thermador and had to wait 4 months without a range after kitchen remodel. Best Buy was great keeping me updated on the schedule. The star burners are amazing and the super simmer is one of a kind and should not be understated. The oven cooks the most even of all my professional ranges in the past. The "free" dishwasher on purchase provide a better valuation on the big purchase number. Worth the wait!
