Its aluminum fins and 2 U-shaped heat pipes directly touch the CPU which helps provide adequate heat dissipation. The Contac 9 SE supports the latest Intel LGA 1700 and AM 4 sockets. Superior Heat Dissipation The heat sink is made of 0.4mm thick aluminum with 2.5mm air gaps and 2 ?�6mm solid copper heat pipes that run through the fins for maximum heat conductivity.
