Buyer beware! The product images showcase an ideal setup, but what you actually get is a far cry from what’s advertised. I received a black TUF Gaming RTX card, which is worth significantly less than the white version shown in the images—roughly $400 lower in value. This was particularly frustrating as a Thermaltake customer service rep assured me I would receive the white version. The motherboard is also a letdown. It's a bargain model without Thunderbolt support, which seems like a cost-cutting move. When I inquired about returning the system, I was told there’s no guarantee I'd get better prebuild that matches the product images. Paraphrasing what the customer service rep said: Thermaltake is just piecing together whatever hardware they can get cheaply, rather than delivering what’s advertised. Additionally, the WiFi performance is abysmal. It’s painfully slow compared to other devices in the same room. While I’m still troubleshooting this, it's another mark against what should have been a hassle-free experience. Overall, you expect convenience when buying a prebuild, but this has been anything but. It's a shame because the case itself is quite appealing and the actual assembly seems to be on point. Still, be prepared for compromises if you go with this option.

Didnt look anything like the picture. Item showed up with a black Asus instead of the snow MSI as pictured. Also the Geforce graphis is all scratched and the back grill is dented. When you buy for the look and end up not getting whats pictured its extremely disappointing.

So far so good! The folks at thermaltake definitely know what they are doing. The build is ergonomic, the cable management is great and overall it looks amazing. Great product.
