Poor Quality and Lack of CUstomer Service
oven does not hold temp. it averages 50 to 100 degrees below what you set on the dial. repeated requests from Thor have yielded no result - they use 3rd party service and our service tech seems uninterested in finding a solution. "just adjust your cooking time." Really? On a brand new oven not even 6 months old. Also, installing and moving the racks is very difficult - you better set the racks before the oven heats up otherwise trying to set them when they're burning hot is near impossible. Finally, the brass simmer burners tarnish if you use the wrong cleanser, and when I replaced them they tarnished again within two or three uses. Find a better quality brand than Thor
