The dial to change the light pattern is awful. It is a slide “click” where you rotate the light inside the housing to change the function of the light (from bright to blink, etc.). The dial to select the function does not register properly and pops out of position, making it impossible to dial in the light function. This light is poorly designed and literally annoying to try to dial the function options easily. I will throw it away and buy something of better quality.

The light is nice and bright however you can only charge it with the supplied cable. Having a USB-C port for charging is one reason for my purchase; charging does not work with a standard USB-C cable which is why I only gave it 3 stars. When I first got it, I thought it was broken because I tried plugging it in to my phone charger. The light is great but I do not like that I have to carry even more charging cables.
