Thrustmaster - Sol-R5 Flight Base, Hall Effect Technology, 23 Assignable Actions - Black

The Thrustmaster Sol-R5 Flight Base is designed as a flexible foundation for PC flight and space simulation setups, built around Hall Effect precision and broad compatibility with other Thrustmaster gear. Rather than locking you into one specific grip, this flight base accepts any detachable grip in the Thrustmaster ecosystem, letting you tailor your overall setup to your preferred flying style without needing to purchase an entirely new base every time you want to change grips. Precision comes from H.E.A.R.T. HallEffect AccuRate Technology, which delivers 16 bit precision on the X and Y axes with zero drift, so your inputs stay accurate and consistent over time rather than degrading the way traditional potentiometer-based sticks can. The base itself is far from bare bones, offering 23 assignable actions through toggle switches, directional pads, a rotary selector, and a built-in mini throttle, plus 3 additional axes, giving pilots a wide range of controls to map directly to the base rather than relying solely on the attached grip. That versatility extends across genres, as the base is built to adapt across space combat, military, and civil aviation simulations, making it a suitable centerpiece for almost any type of flight sim pilot regardless of which kind of aircraft or spacecraft they favor. Physically, the Sol-R5 stays put during use thanks to integrated stability supports and mounting points that anchor it securely to your desk or simulator rig, and it adds a visual flourish with customizable RGB LEDs that let you match the base's lighting to the rest of your setup. Compatible with PC, the Sol-R5 Flight Base combines drift free precision, extensive assignable controls, cross-genre versatility, and secure, customizable mounting into one adaptable foundation for a growing flight simulation collection.
