Tiffen - 39mm T1 Infrared Filter for Camera

Experience the superior quality of the Tiffen 39mm T1 Infrared Filter, specifically designed for high-performance cameras such as the Panavision Genesis, Sony F35 (CCD), and Sony Ex1/ Ex3 (3 CMOS Chip). This advanced filter is engineered to address the inherent sensitivity of Silicon-based CCD and CMOS sensors to infrared energy, effectively eliminating IR contamination that can compromise image quality. The Tiffen T1 Infrared Filter is your solution to common issues such as the reddish muddy brown appearance of greens and the magenta hue in blacks, typically caused by IR contamination. By using this filter, you can capture true-to-life colors and enhance the overall clarity of your images.Manufactured with Tiffen's exclusive ColorCore technology, the T1 Infrared Filter encapsulates each effect between two pieces of precision-ground glass. This unique process ensures perfect parallelism and allows for worry-free handling, making it an indispensable tool for professional cinematographers.Unlike filters with a dichroic coating, the T1 IR filter does not vignette green, magenta, or cyan at wide angles, offering you more creative freedom in your shoots. For optimal results, this filter can be stacked with Neutral Densities up to 0.9. However, when heavier densities are needed, Tiffen recommends using their Full Spectrum IRND's to achieve the best possible image quality.Upgrade your photography gear with the Tiffen 39mm T1 Infrared Filter and experience the difference in your image quality and color accuracy.
