Customers are impressed with the ease of use and the quality of the remote control of the Stream 4K UHD Streaming Media Player. Many also praise the picture quality, especially when streaming in 4K with features like Dolby Vision. However, some users experienced issues with the device's performance and found the user interface somewhat confusing. A few also commented on the setup process and the device's size.
This Tivo Stream is working well so far. It has allowed me to stream content in 4k which my old streaming stick couldnt do. The picture looks great. Loads menus and apps quick after the you get thru the intial login and setup with all of them. One of my main reasons for picking this one over the Google Tv/ Roku, etc was because it had a more normal remote with lots of funtional buttons and the number pad. However, so far i have not found any apps that utilize the number pad, which is a bummer. Maybe with more trial and error I can figure that out.

I love this Media player. It does everything I need it to do. There is no lag, and handles most media content I throw at it. I needed it to replace the TV's that I have with Roku. While Roku is not bad, Google has more apps available that I need and use, and plus I pretty much am Google centric in my house (I know, I know, privacy and all that). Bottom line if you need a low priced TV stick that can handle most you can throw at it, and need access to a wide variety of TV apps, then at $30, you can't go wrong with this one.
