This EU-distributed CD pressing is packaged in a translucent black slipcase fitted over a stained jewel case, mirroring the distinctive presentation of the original 2001 U.S. , and includes a clear, page-wise overlay-designed booklet, with track times not listed. The packaging itself uses the original slipcase artwork from the 2001 U.S. issue, including the corrected spelling of track 9, InchLateralus,Inch and the original catalog number 61422-31160-2, but the disc inside is unique to this European and carries a different catalog number. Track 13 features an excerpt from Art Bell's Coast to Coast A.M. used courtesy of Premier Radio Networks. The back of the slipcase states that it was manufactured and printed in the United States by Zomba Recordings Corporation, while the disc is branded BMG, marked with catalog number 82876 53645 2, and labeled as made in the EU, making this edition a notable hybrid of U.S.-produced packaging and an EU-specific disc.
