This is not a review of the game but rather Best Buy’s handling of pre-order purchases of Top Spin 2k25. I pre-ordered this game through advertisements that all preorders will recieve the “Under The Lights pack” as a preorder bonus. However, after picking up this game they did not send the code for this DLC content so i reached out. Their customer care representative said this only applied to a limited number of purchases which is contrary to their listing for the game and contrary to the post on 2k Sports website that this is an preorder incentive for all purchases regardless of retailer. Next time go to Amazon or Target for any preorders as Best Buy cannot be trusted to fulfill their offers and doesnt mind inducing people to purchase and not fulfill their end of the bargain.

Game is insanely smooth. The mechanics are very realistic and consistent. The only thing I wish this game had is a bit more updates and support. The game is lacking crucial players and is not updated enough.
