With a wingspan of just 350mm (13.7 inches) and a weight of only 400g, this tiny plane is ideal for flying inside homes, classrooms, gyms, or warehouses. The fuselage is constructed from special EPP (expanded polypropylene) foam, known for its flexibility and outstanding impact resistance. When it hits an obstacle, the foam bends rather than breaks, bouncing back into shape. This makes the Z50 nearly indestructible for beginners learning the basics of flight.
Operated via a 2.4GHz 2-channel remote, the Z50 offers four basic movements: ascend, descend, turn left, and turn right. The built-in gyroscope assists with stability, keeping the plane level during turns. The interference-free 2.4GHz signal provides a reliable connection up to 150 meters – plenty of range for indoor flying.
Two motors provide enough power for the plane to take off smoothly from the ground using its durable stainless steel wire landing gear. The dual-motor design also enables differential thrust for tighter turning radius, giving you precise control even in confined areas.
