Honestly one of the best gadgets I’ve bought recently. It has a nice metal finish that makes it feel much more premium than typical neck fans. This was an amazing product! It was very helpful with my Cancun trip. The battery life is impressive I only have to charge it once or twice a day at most for the highest cooling function. Great for adult and stroller! High built quality!

The cooling effect is better than I expected. Having it around my neck is comfortable. It's not summer yet so I haven't got a chance to put on heavy use of it but so far so good.

Works great. After you figure out how to change Cool/Heat/Fan, it brings all season joy. App is easy to setup and use as well

Good but not so much on battery life. Was quoted on box of 30 hours and only make it to around 8 or 9. Cooling plates seem to underperform when in high heat situations. Maybe good for an warm office situation but not what i got them for.
