love this brand!I bought this neck fan and honestly it’s been so useful. The airflow is strong but still quiet, and it keeps me cool while walking outside, doing chores, or even shopping. It’s lightweight and comfortable around the neck, not bulky at all. Battery life is also better than I expected. Perfect for summer and everyday use!

Just got this 10 days ago and I’ve used it every day since. The "Ice-Cooling" mode doesn’t just blow air around, it actually feels cold against your skin. I love that it has heat and fan modes too, so I can probably use it year-round. It’s quiet enough that I can wear it while working or walking. The packaging was premium and the carrying case is super convenient for travel. 5 stars all the way!

Brought this for my husband and he’s been loving it. It immediately cools you down. And you dont have to worry about getting a headache after a while cuz it doesnt directly blow on your head but your cheeks. It’s easy to adjust the angle of the fan too so it fits your neck perfectly! Recommend!

Pads cool to freezing almost instantly. the flex design in the middle is a life saver - no need to force the device to neck like the other rigid body designs. Ready for the hot summer days this year

Cools down instantly when turned on. The package was nice as well. Just love the product from Torras.

----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: Between wrestling my toddler and the baby into their car seats for morning drop-offs, surviving the much hotter afternoon pickups, and managing data pipelines at my desk during the day, keeping my cool (literally and figuratively) is a daily necessity. Toss the unrelenting Phoenix heat into the mix, and a standard errand can quickly become miserable. The TORRAS COOLiFY 2S Pro has genuinely been a lifesaver. Getting into a sun-baked car in the desert is brutal, but having this on my neck gives me a much-needed cooling kickstart while I wait for the car's AC to finally catch up. We aren't even into the hottest part of the year yet, and I am already using this bladeless neck fan almost daily to survive the heat and the chaos. If you live in a hot climate or just run warm, it is an absolute game-changer. Pros: - Power Mode delivers an instant 22°F temperature drop - Large cooling area targets the neck effectively - Battery provides up to 28 hours of runtime (on lower settings) - Fast charging gets the battery from dead to full in about two hours - Smart app integration via Bluetooth allows for easy adjustments - Bladeless design eliminates the worry of hair snags or pinching tiny fingers Cons: - Maximum Power Mode drains the battery significantly faster than the 28-hour advertised limit - Premium price point compared to standard, air-only neck fans ----- DETAILS ----- Design & Comfort: Wearable tech needs to actually be comfortable, and TORRAS nailed the ergonomics here. Weighing in at under a pound, it rests easily on the shoulders and neck without feeling like a burden, even during a long weekend grilling session out in the backyard. I like the black colorway, which looks sleek and unassuming. It also comes with a carry case, making it easy to toss into my work bag, the diaper bag, or the center console of the car without worrying about it getting banged up. Crucially, the bladeless design means I never have to worry about the baby grabbing at it while I'm holding her. Cooling Performance & Power Mode: There's a massive difference between a device that just blows hot air around and one that actually cools you down. That's where the internal tech of this fan justifies the price tag. The cooling plates rest right against your skin, and when you crank it up to Power Mode, it gets genuinely cold, providing an instant 22°F temperature drop. When I'm strapping the kids into a sweltering car, this thing is my lifeline. I always make sure to click on their portable fans to keep them comfortable, but until the car's AC finally kicks in, the COOLiFY 2S Pro is what keeps me from melting down. Instead of just blasting a hairdryer-like breeze into my face, the large cooling area actively chills my neck, which brings my whole body temperature down and provides a genuine sense of relief. App Control & Versatility: While you can control the device using the physical buttons, connecting it to the TORRAS App via Bluetooth unlocks its full potential. The app allows for remote operation, meaning I can dial in the exact fan speed I want rather than being locked into generic presets. Surprisingly, this isn't just a summer device. It also functions as a heater, capable of gently warming up to 122°F. While I won't need that in Phoenix very often, it will absolutely come in handy on chilly winter nights, especially when my wife gets home from a long, freezing hospital shift and needs to thaw out. Battery Life & Charging: Battery anxiety is real, but the 5000mAh cell in the COOLiFY 2S Pro holds its own. It is rated for up to 28 hours of runtime, though you will only hit that number on the lower fan settings. If you are blasting the semiconductor cooling on Power Mode, expect that number to drop significantly. However, what makes it manageable is the fast charging. I can plug it in and get a full recharge in around two hours, ensuring it is always ready to go before the afternoon daycare pickup. It even supports use while charging, which is perfect when I’m stuck at my desk writing code and have a cable handy. ----- WHAT'S IN THE BOX ----- 1 x COOLiFY 2S Pro 1 x Carrying Case 1 x USB-C Charging Cable 1 x Quick Start Guide 1 x Bluetooth Pairing Guide 1 x Safety Manual

Seriously no pun intended with the title. The Torras Coolify 2S Pro made a believer out of a 1st time user like me. Here in the Texas heat where I am at, I have been finding myself to be using this personal "AC" unit on a daily basis. Not only is the CooliFY sturdy, but it is also surprisingly lightweight. I never feel like there is a burden on my neck nor get uncomfortable when using it. Included in the package, you get the unit itself, a very nice oval ring carrying case, a USB C charging cable and the usual paperwork to get you introduced. It is STRONGLY recommended you download and use the Torras App. It is basic and easy to use. The Torras has 3 settings for your personal needs, Cooling, Heating and the regular fan. With those 3 settings you can have a low, med and high setting for the speed but the app calls is Gentle, Natural and Strong for some reason. The performance of the Coolify is amazing for me as 99.99999% of the time I use it for the Cooling. Some examples I used it for was yardwork (I also wear a hat so sweat wasn't an issue), went to Six Flags here and my god it was a lifesaver, after workout cooldown and much more. I plan on using it when I am on my Caribbean cruise later this year while walking around all the port stops. Battery life is great. They state up to 28 hrs, but that is probably using the fan on the lowest setting. I can however tell you, 3 days in a row using it for about 3-4 hrs a day using the cooling and medium fan setting brought me from 100% to ~30%. Charging takes a couple of hours and you are good to go again. What great about the Coolify as well is how the fans are positioned (or at least for me). They are not blowing directly in your ear so while there is obviously going to be noise, it isn't deafening. The picture on the product page where the area inside the unit is blue is like a metal cooling pad (or heating if you go that route) and feels amazing to the touch. One concern I couldn't see on these are IP ratings. While in my personal opinion these would be amazing for outside work or during a workout, I am too scared that sweat will enter and damage the unit, so I just take precautions to make sure none do. In all honesty, I thought this was going to be a niche product, but I couldn't be more wrong. There are so many ways to use it than I thought, especially if where you are at have crazy temperature swings like me.

I spend a ton of time outside in the summer. I love mowing my own lawn, sunbathing at the pool, summer parties and the 4th and hiking and the Coolify 2S Pro will make all that more enjoyable! I am coming off the Coolify 2S I got back in 2023 which stopped working last Summer. The fan on the left side stopped working, to be fair…I abused the heck out of it with dust and dirt and I ran it full speed all the time. But regardless… The amazing cooling and fan made working outside in the heat so much more tolerable and The Coolify tech is a must have for outdoor enthusiasts! First off I noticed immediately that the 2S Pro feels better built, the hinge on the back that allows the left and right arms to open and close is much more sturdy and stays in the position you clamp them in. The 2S hinge was kind of floppy and springy…The 2S Pro is solid and stable. Another thing I noticed and really like is the material of the unit itself is a flat black matt. It seems more suited to the outside and less prone to collecting dust and sweat or at least is better at hiding it. The app and functionality of the 2S and 2S Pro is the same and that functionality is what makes this such a summer time winner and must have! The COOLING…right out of the box I noticed the cold to the touch cooling pads. I mean, even when it is not turned on, it pulls the cool out of the air-conditioned room I am in and the pads are cooler than the ambient air… It’s like magic. I charged up the unit quickly with the USB C chord and kicked it on… I started on C1 (Cool 1) setting and the chill hit immediately! The cooling/heating pads sit right on the arteries in the neck that has all the blood flow up and down to the head and you can feel the cooling immediate on the exterior and then in the interior of the neck area. It also has a powermode and fan only…but I always use the cooling with the fan…If the fan is kicking I want the cooling pads going as well. So the cooling is best in class and that is why I wanted the Coolify BUT don’t discount the heating as well…Sore neck? Cool windy early spring or fall day at a festival? Coolify can warm you up with the same methodology as the colling around the neck arteries. It is really nice. Also amazing how the heat comes on supper fast and H3 (heat 3) can almost be too much for me after a few minutes! LOVE IT. Controlling the heat and cool and speeds can all be done easily onboard the unit itself but I like using the app to do all that once I have it around my neck. The case it comes with is nice but I wish they had a pocket that held the cable. You can keep the cable in the case but there is not a great little dedicated place for it. The battery is good as well… When I mowed my yard on high Cool it would get me through the mow which took me about 2.5 hours. They say the battery can run from 3 to 28 hours… the 28 hours feels like a stretch but considering how you plan to use it might affect how you decide to run it at high speed or a lower speed to keep it going. It also charges while you use it if you plug it in…. So on hikes I can plug it into an external battery in my back pack and keep on trucking. Over all It is really cool (pun intended) and effective tech to keep me out and about on the hot days and nice and toasty on a cooler day. I also use it to relax a stiff neck. Like I said earlier, my first S2 died a lot earlier than I would have wanted it to and I was a little disappointed about that BUT again I abused it for two years and felt like it did the best it could with the abuse I gave it. Pro S2 is a solid upgrade from the S2.

I can already tell that the Torras Coolify 2S Pro is going to be a game changer for me this summer. And winter actually. The Coolify 2S Pro has 3 functions: air conditioning, basic fan, and heating. This is not your every day cheap neck fan. It is super premium in every way. It includes a really cool case, charges via usb type c, and features an app. The battery even lasts several hours depending on the strength of your settings. In ac mode, this gets very cold. It is cold on your neck and blows cold air. On this very hot days, this should keep you nice and cool. We just haven't had any hot weather yet where i live. The fan mode is similar to ac mode only the neck portion does not get cold. The heater function is what i think sets this apart. I was actually using this more sitting around the house. It actually provides a soothing heat that is somewhat therapeutic. On the higher settings, this gets quite hot. It provided me much relief. The app is even premium and very responsive. I did not think i would use the app much, but it is the perfect compliment. You control all settings and the effects take place almost instantly once you change them in the app. You can also check the battery status on the app. This can also be found on the device itself, but you would have to remove it from your neck to see the small display on the device. Overall, i think the Coolify 2S Pro is a must have for anyone who lives in a climate that gets all 4 seasons or extreme hot or cold. You will find yourself using it on a regular basis.

The COOLiFY 2S Pro is a neat niche wearable cooling or heating device. It's actually quite comfortable to wear, and stays on. You have the options of heating, cooling, or fan only. Where COOLiFY 2S Pro really shines is in the cooling aspect. The cool plates gets really cold, and the fans blowing on your face is quite the one-two combination. On top of that it's surprisingly not overly loud. TORRAS claims up to 28 hours of battery life, but I'm assuming that probably fan only, and most likely at the lowest setting. There is a power mode, which kicks the fans to max and also the cooling plates. While this mode cools you down quickly, it dramatically reduces battery life. The COOLiFY 2S Pro does have some very practical uses. For example, The other day I cut the grass at my property using this neat device. It was over 80F and sunny. I had about 4 acres to cut and I was cool the whole time. Also, when going on walks when it's hot out is another great example which I have done. But I have also used the heating feature. The other day I woke up with a stiff neck. I cranked the heat to max, and I did end up feeling better shortly after. The TORRAS app is a must have to dial in your preferred settings. You can to an extent cycle through the modes without the app, but the app makes it so much easier. Overall I'm very impressed with the COOLiFY 2S Pro, and plan on using it quite a bit in the near future with summer right around the corner.

In being candid, this is more of a stay still kind of thing to use. In their produc video it shows someoje using it while hiking and the carrying case strapped to a backpack. Overall I found it to be too bulky and not something that had a more snug fit for my preference. I like the fact you can use the app to control it and set up was very simple. The heat function works ok but other than having a sore neck for heat, it does not warm up your body or anything. Not that I expected it to do that, but just want to point that out. It has three modes. Heat, cooling and just the fan. The cooling does a good job, but again not sure how it will stand up to heavy workout or sweating if someone wanted to use this working hard outside in the heat. One side note to anyone who uses a Fold Galaxy phone, the app only works when the phone is closed on the front screen. Not anything to do with the product, I just eventually found that the phone needs to be closed for it to properly work. The device definately gets cold when on high speed. Comes with a solid and well made carrying case and it does charge quickly in my opinion. There are buttons on both sides. To select heat or cold, fan speeds and of course power on and off. They are simple to use if you prefer not to use the app. It also has weight to it, so given the interal workings do not expect something totally lightweight. It isnt uncomfortable, but you will for sure know it is there. I wouldn't recommended this given all the issues I pointed out.

I’ve used generic neck fans like this before, and they tend to stop working after a couple of uses. This one from TORRAS is built much better and feels heavier duty than previous fans. The operation is very simple. You can turn it on by pressing the power button on the side and then set the mode by pressing the button on the other side of the fan. It will do cool, air temperature, and heat. When I first got it out, I was shocked at how strong the airflow is. I never turned it up past the gentle setting since it’s so strong. You don’t have control over the temperature of the fan. It’s either hot or cold. No options for hot or cold intensity. I believe the cold works better than the heat. It does get warm, but it’s not as noticeable as the cool setting. The fan’s design is a little awkward for being active. It stays in place really well, but if you go for a jog, the fan will bounce up and down and will just get uncomfortable. Battery life is very good. Out of the box, the fan had a charge over 80%, and because it charges with a USB-C cable, it’s very easy to plug in and get it charged up. The fan can get pretty loud, especially since the fans are designed to point upward toward your face. I have found the fan useful while doing things like yard work. It shifts around a little, but it definitely helps me stay cooler than if I didn’t wear one. The app is useful as it allows you to control the mode and intensity of the fan. It also updates the firmware on the fan if needed. It’s a useful tool if you frequently get overheated, but it is a little awkward to just toss into a bag for when you are trying to travel light simply because of its size and weight. It does come with a travel case, which I like, but it may not be for everyone.

This is my review of the Torras Coolify 2S Pro Portable Neck Fan upon which I rate 5 out of 5 stars. Out of the box this neck fan comes enclosed in a nice case with carrying strap, a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, an envelope quick-start guide, Bluetooth pairing/connection instructions, and a safety manual. You will also find an envelope with a QR code that directs you to the "www.torraslife.com" site. There you will find a set-up video and be instructed to download the Torras app. Per instructions you are to fully charge the fan as mine was delivered with a battery at 83%. The neck fan has a nice matte gray/black finish and weighs in just under one pound. One the right side is the power button, USB-C charging port, and LED indicator. On the left side is the mode button. On the inside of each side are cooling/heating plates. In the center of the neck fan is a flexible hinge allowing a maximum opening of 10 inches and minimizing all the way down to 5 inches. This hinge also offers the ability to twist the neck fan to allow the air to flow in various angles. There are various modes of operation where I will explain next. For the Cooling Mode, you have three levels, C1 - C3 and a fourth noted as P3 (Power Mode = highest level cooling) all the while with increased fan speed. You can also cool just using the Fan Mode, with levels of F1 - F3, without the use of the cooling plates. For the Heating Mode, you have three levels H1 - H3, without the use of the fan. The neck fan can be used without the need for the phone app. The only advantage I see using the app is the benefit of setting up a run timer ranging from 0.5hrs to 4.0hrs in half-hour increments. The neck fan is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, taking up to 2.5 hours to be fully charged. The various modes of the neck fan have specific run times as follows all going from max to min. The Cooling Mode yields run times from 5 hours to 3 hours. The Fan Mode yields run times from 28 hours to 11 hours. The Heating Mode yields run times from 6 hours to 4 hours. The Power Mode yields a run time of 2 hours. In my use of the neck fan, it is best to be called a neck air conditioner! This is not a cheap fan; it is the next-gen power-cooling device. I can see the most use of this device is to cool yourself in the hot sun or after an intense workout. The heating aspect can be used as heat therapy or to simply take the chill out of your body. I hope you enjoyed reading my review and it aided in your purchasing decision.

The TORRAS COOLiFY 2S Pro is definitely one of the more unique personal cooling devices I’ve tried. I was really excited about the heating and cooling features because I liked the idea of having something portable that could work year round instead of only during hot weather. After using it for a while, I can say there are definitely some things I really like about it, along with a few design flaws that kept it from being perfect for me. The cooling feature is surprisingly powerful for such a lightweight device. It cools down quickly and you can definitely feel the airflow and cooling plates almost immediately after turning it on. The heating function is also really nice and honestly one of my favorite parts because it feels soothing around the neck area, especially in colder environments or when relaxing at home. I appreciate that it offers both options instead of being limited to just cooling. The device itself feels premium and lightweight, which makes it comfortable enough to wear for longer periods. The app is decent overall and gives you enough control over the settings, although the setup process was a little frustrating initially. I had some issues getting everything connected properly at first and it took longer than expected to get fully set up. One thing that concerned me was that the device arrived already charged to about 90%. Personally, I would have preferred it arrive with a lower charge level since keeping batteries sitting at high charge for long periods is not always ideal for long term battery health. It also still took about an hour to fully charge from 90% to 100%, which felt a little longer than I expected. My biggest issue is honestly with the design and airflow positioning. Depending on your neck shape or height, the airflow can hit your ears in a strange and slightly uncomfortable way. I think this may work better for someone with a longer neck because the positioning feels somewhat fixed. I really wish the vents or arms were more adjustable so you could fully turn and angle them exactly how you want. That would make a huge difference in comfort and airflow direction. Despite those flaws, the device is still pretty impressive overall. It’s powerful, lightweight, and the heating and cooling options are genuinely useful. With a more adjustable design, this could easily be one of the best wearable cooling devices available.

This device is very lightweight and comfortable to wear even for long periods of time. The adjustable elastic strap on the back makes it easy to customize the fit and angle, so even people with thicker necks do not have to worry about discomfort or pressure. The cooling effect starts quickly after turning it on and helps a lot during hot weather or outdoor use. I also like that it supports app control, which makes adjusting settings and modes much more convenient. Overall, it is a very practical and comfortable cooling device for everyday use.

I work on the sunny side of the house and I have a small desk fan pointing at me, or a ceiling fan running daily and figured this TORRAS COOLiFY 2S Pro may be a less expensive way of moving air around me to stay comfortable … Good: Fan/Cooling option Flex Speed options App Chiller pads Meh: Charging port on the bottom Condensation Usage time to Charging time Balance Can’t charge while it’s running This is a nice fan that for me blows on my ears, which somehow keeps my body feeling as if it’s way cooler. Insanity. You may think - USB-C - perfect, I have tons of those because I did. I found quickly that the charging percentage is upside down when you charge with the wire “up” and is the reason they included a right-angle charging cable so you can rest it down, see the percentages and not damage the port or cable. A button on the right side is power on / cool/fan/heat selection and the other handles speeds 1-3 for each selection. Fan speeds 1 & 2 work for me, but I found speed 3 is a bit loud. I have used it when I’m just sitting and relaxing (or typing a review) and not trying to hear someone talking or listen to any music. I have used speeds 1 & 2 on Zoom calls with the noise cancellation enabled and a microphone half of a fingers distance away from the blowing fans and nobody knew there was a fan in play - pretty cool. There’s a bend/flex that holds in place nicely to keep contact with my neck, vs having it rest on my traps. If I’m sitting in my Adirondack chair slightly reclined, the fan will fall back, so I flip it around to where my neck will catch it from falling backwards. I can’t see using this when gardening or anything as it’s not balanced or able to be (out of the box at least) kept on your person while picking things up, so I don’t think that’s the right use case; sitting by the pool or sporting event - or even the beach? Sure - just watch out for that uncovered USB-C port! On the inside of the COOLiFY 2S Pro, wrapping from the fan on each side to the bend in the middle is a cooling bar. Think of a cold wash cloth around your neck on a hot day - and then think about how quickly that gets warm with the humidity, sun and body heat. This bar acts as a perma-cooling (mostly) dry towel around the neck for an extended period of time. In a very warm and humid climate, I found that there was some condensation that built up on the cooling areas that could be wiped away - but what did I expect? Cold + Humid = condensation … just like my drink glasses. Now, charging does seem to take some time. I didn’t set a stopwatch, but from 36% to full was roughly 2 hours of charge time. Using it down to zero - which I’ve done, emits a few beeps and then shuts off - no other warning. A ‘meh’ but close to a ‘bad’ is the fact that when you plug it in to charge, it shuts off. Not a deal breaker, but would help reduce or even eliminate charging time if it could be charged while in use. If you wanted to control the fan on your neck without removing it to push the buttons … there’s an App. The App is super easy to use and control the different features and even unearths a hidden “timer” function - cool! I like this COOLiFY 2S Pro - definitely a keeper and will be a regular part of my wardrobe during the summer when my office starts to cook! Recommended!

I must confess I had only known of the Torras brand for making economical phone cases, but it appears they have been in this niche market of personal cooling/heating devices for a few years now. Testing it out this past week brought back those great memories of seeing devices in that “one store” that had fun travel accessories. With summer temps getting ready to smack East TN, I will definitely get a use out of the cooling feature this unit provides. Having the heating feature as well has made for some nice evenings sitting on the back porch where there is just enough of a breeze to bring a chill to the air. The cooling/heating plates are naturally cold to the touch, so if you are wanting heat, I would turn it on and let it warm up for a couple seconds before putting it on. For obvious reasons the device does not get too hot since it is designed to go against bare skin. So if you are in a situation to where ambient temps are quite low, having a neck wrap will aid in holding the heat. The fans only come on for the cooling or fan only options so there is no concern for fabric to be sucked in to the intake (bottom) side of the device. Included in the box beyond the device itself is nicely molded carrying case, USB-C to USB-C cable, a few instruction booklets (with a few mistranslated words in English), and a Thank You note from the founder. The instructions booklets are pretty simple and detail instructional use, but I will say that the button press is not that intuitive. Both buttons pull double duty to access features and control the device. The instructions mention “gear” changing, which I take to mean speed or intensity setting. I could never get the device to just be in Fan mode (no cooling), but thankfully there is bluetooth and an app. Using the QR Code in the instructions takes you to a Chinese only website. But searching the Google Play Store I quickly found the app and looking at the Data Privacy, they collect no data and this app needs no permissions to operate. It was easy to connect to the device in the app and way easier to change the settings. In addition to the on device settings there is a Power Mode, which automatically overrides whatever setting you are on and turns the fan on full blast. There is also a timer that does 30 minute increments. I wish it had 15 minute increments or even the ability to set exactly how many minutes you want the device on. As it is, it goes up a maximum of 4 hours. Also, it appears when using the power button in the app, it just stops the device from whatever the current operation is, but does not fully turn off the device. As when the device is fully off, it will then disconnect from the app as it is no longer transmitting bluetooth. I found when powering the device on it quickly reconnected to the app each time. The device will eventually power off fully, but there is around a 30 sec delay when using the app. I have enjoyed using this device and having both hot and cold is fantastic. Looking forward to this summer when its really hard to cool down. How hot or cool you look while wearing the device may vary!

So far so good with this neck fan. I put it to the test on a hot humid southern heat day and it stood its ground on the highest setting of cooling. The cooling pads make a difference and while the cool air was no match for the humid heat the cooling pads did their job in cooling me comfortably enough for the scorching environment I was in. Battery was good too. I had on full setting (cool) for about 3 hrs and kept it for about 6 hours on gentle fan and I had about 31% left. I love the app too. I wish that the fan was a little longer like the so the fans would hit my face rather than the side and ears. On that hot day it would have made a difference to get that cooling fan wind just slight around my face instead of my neck, side of my face, and ears. Get it on sale and I think most people would be happy with it

I'm very happy with this neck fan. The cooling plates get cold instantly and make a real difference on hot days instead of just blowing warm air around. It's lightweight, fits comfortably, and the battery life is solid. It's well-built and works exactly as advertised. Great product.
