I was never able to use this product because it never turned on for me to used it. It has a one year company warrenty on it but they want me to buy another one before they can credit me for a new one. HOW ON FAIR IS THAT????? Personally I think this bad customer service.

Very disappointed. It did not work as expected; did not blow out cold air, only warm. Would not recommed, especially for the price.

We’d like to clarify that the Coolify Air is designed to provide both cooling and heating modes. To activate the cooling function, simply press the snowflake button on the side of the device; this engages the cooling plate for a refreshing, cool sensation. The sun icon activates the warming mode for use in colder weather.
