Would not recommend this product. After only 6 months, the screen went white randomly and BB doesn’t offer support (without extra purchase). Toshiba is able to help and hopefully replace.

I’ve only had this tv for a little over a month and the screen just went totally white I went with Toshiba because my previous Toshiba I had was a great tv and still is had for over 14 yrs and still works great just wanted a bigger tv

Easy setup. The experience started off really great. After the two weeks I noticed some changes in the picture. The bottom portion of the screen stopped showing and was just black. It was completely random and weird. I tried to contact best buy and then looked on my account to see that return period was already closed. Very disappointed since I didn't even have the tv a month. I was able to do a factory reset and everything is working now. I have my fingers crossed that it was a one time fluke.

My family has bought Toshiba for years, and generally had good results. Therefore, I was very disappointed with the picture quality on this Toshiba. It was on sale, and I was told it is a 2025 model, but the picture quality is not good. I will add this to my DO NOT BUYproduct list behind Samsung.

This is the poorest excuse for a TV I have ever seen. This is the most cumbersome TV I have never owned. It takes forever to come on. You would think that when you turn it on the last channel you were watching would come up but no you get a menu of options, and you have to move a "cursor" to a horizontal list of channels where you have to move the cursor again to the channel you want to view. This list is in ascending order. So you have to traverse all the channels prior to get to your choice and then press the Enter button to finally view it. Once you are finally watching the channel you selected to change to another channel the remote has two buttons for advancing forward or backwards, or you can press the home button and repeat the initial start-up process. I wish I had kept on looking for something that works like a TV actually should.

Had to return this product shortly after the purchase to replace it due to the screen spontaneously going white (gradually) while turned on. It is a good budget television, but beware of potential screen issues.
