I had trouble with the tv plug. It would not stay. I ended up taping the plug to the tv. Otherwise, picture is great, so is the setup.

So this purchase went smooth, however I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase and multiple visits to Best Buy. During my in-store visit, I asked several specific questions about a television I was interested in purchasing, particularly regarding the availability of certain apps. I was clearly told that these apps would be accessible on the TV. After purchasing and setting up the product, I discovered that the apps I was assured would be available were not supported. This was extremely frustrating, as this information directly influenced my decision to buy that specific model. In addition, I was given a specific delivery timeframe for the product. Unfortunately, my delivery was rescheduled three separate times, causing significant inconvenience and requiring me to repeatedly adjust my schedule. Clear and reliable communication about delivery expectations is important, and this experience did not meet that standard. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of product knowledge demonstrated, the inaccurate information provided, and the failure to uphold the promised delivery timeline. I have always expected better service and reliability, and this experience has left me questioning future purchases. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Bough on clearance price was right TV is nice size n picture is great it has some lag time problems but guess that’s how it’s made n it’s just strange watching Cinamatic movies they now look like soap operas it’s weird n ruined my movie watching experience n I looked to see if it can b turned off but no luck I would never hav bought this TV had I known

Great price offer on this TV. Unplanned replacement as my 3yo threw a truck at our LG, and fit quite well in our budget. We've had it for a couple of months now, the Fire UI is showing signs of becoming sluggish and recently apps are crashing. I'll probably install a dedicated streamer soon as the TV has a fine picture.

The picture and etc is fine. But wish I had known that my cable remote (Xfinity) cannot control this television, including its volume. Obviously intentional by Amazon. So will always need two remotes in hand, which is so 1993…. Also, it’s not made by Toshiba— they stick their name on it.

Solid TV, although the picture doesn't seem to fit the entire screen so you only actually get about 3/4ths of the view. Decent quality and navigation. Arrived in good condition.

Massive upgrade from the tv I had but dealing with some display issues that a brand new tv shouldn't be having which includes random display lagging while watching a movie and sometimes it'll just randomly turn off your show and go to the homescreen which is very frustrating. The screensaver option also doesnt work half the time just goes to a black screen which is disappointing.

Tv worked great for a while and then just tuned black one day. Contacted Roku per instructions from Best Buy and Roku EVENTUALLY replaced it with a new one.
