Q: What is the width of the stand/feet?
A: At the base of the tv the feet measure 24inches apart and they slightly curve outward to approximately 27inches apart at the widest.
Q: Does this tv have decent sound without a sound bar
A: For me, yes. However, this is a very subjective question and really can only be answered by you. It is equal or better than most flat screens
Q: Can someone please share the calibration settings for best picture quality?
A: These are what I have used. TV is in a darkened room, so if you have yours in a bright room or one that cannot have the light controlled, you might find that the image is washed out by light. May have to adjust. But here ya go: Picture settings menu: Picture mode: Movie Backlight: 68 Contrast: 95 Brightness: 3 Color: -5 Tint: 0 Sharpness: -25 Advanced Picture Settings submenu ColorMaster: On Base Color Adjustment: [see below] Color Temperature: Warm [see below] Static Gamma: -1 Auto Brightness Sensor Settings: Off Dynalight: Low Dynamic Contrast: Off Cinema Mode: TK Noise Reduction: [both settings Off] Edge Enhancer: Off Base Color Adjustment [Hue, Saturation, Brightness respectively] Red: -9, 0, 0 Green: 0, +9, +5 Blue: 0, 0, 0 Yellow: +6, +1, +1 Magenta: +1, -2, 0 Cyan: -3, +2, -2 Color Temperature submenu: Red: -6 Green: -6 Blue: +8
Q: Can this television be mounted on the wall?
A: Yes. For more detail you can access the manual here: http://tv.toshiba.com/
Q: How big is the box it comes in?
A: The box is 53 inches wide by 32 inches in height and 6 inches in depth. It fit in the back of my 4 door Honda Accord sitting on the floor upright.
Q: How does this TV fare for console gaming? Is the Input Lag significant?
A: The TV has a "game mode", which disables many effects to reduce input lag. I didn't notice any input lag with this TV. If input lag is your worry, you might consider a TN panel monitor.
A: No. Get a SMART Blueray player, and you will have ONE and a blueray player. I have a SMART SONY BDP3500 AND IT WORKS GREAT.
Q: Does this TV have a built in Digital and Analog Tuner?
A: Yes, both. Manual pg 80: Analog: NTSC; Digital: ATSC, 8-VSB, Clear-QAM.
