A: It does work with tracfone plans. That is what I wanted it for.

A: All the research I did says it is the 2018 model.
A: I would not remove the battery, the older Samsung J3 Luna Pro, was able to remove the battery. The Samsung J7 Galaxy Crown, is like the newer phones. If any battery issues, recommend sending the phone for repair.
Q: Is this a double or triple minute phone when you buy the phone ?
A: No it is not.
Q: Does this come with a sim card included in the box?
A: Yes, the phone has sim card installed, all you need to do is add a plan.
A: I have lost my Galaxy J7 phone more than a dozen times. It appears not to want to stay with me. The last time it was lost, I called Tracfone and had the phone number and information on it blocked. I'll never do that again--it takes 72 hours from the time the owner finds the phone until it's ready to use again, and I lost all my pictures and some of the settings. I tried a lot of things to find it, none of them worked, so I don't think there's anything in the phone itself that leads the owner to it, such as a "chip" on a lost dog or cat. Maybe we should write the Samsung and suggest this.
