The Galaxy J7 Crown is a great upgrade from my previous phone. It contains a very good camera, good storage (with a 64 GB card) and large screen. I am constantly discovering new capabilities of this phone. The speed is a vast improvement from other phones. The only drawback is unavailable battery replacement. I did not realize, before I bought the phone, that it is almost impossible to replace the battery.

This is only my 3rd cell phone and I really like it. Nice screen display, when texting the keyboard is larger than my previous cell, so much easier to use and not not near as many mistakes. I added an SD card for additional storage. Thats the one thing you have to be careful with. When taking out the simm/sd card holder, the simm card wants to fall out. Doesn't stay in place very well. Think I will keep this one for a long time. Not to mention, I only paid $49.99 atBest Buy when it was on sale. Couldn't beat it.

I needed to replace my old Tracfone LG phone ASAP. Went to several Best buy stores for this Samsung phone and finally got the last one in Burbank. It was on sale. I am using it now and I am very happy. The size is good, it is quick and easy to use. Great affordable phone.

This is a really nice smart phone for a great price in todays crazy tech world of super high priced phones. Most of the standard features are here with excellent camera resolution (13 megapixels front and back) and high definition video (1080p). The screen is a nice size and the sound quality is stellar. The only drawback for me is that the battery is non-replaceable. But most of the high end phones are now being manufactured the same way. Overall a nice phone for good price.

I liked my old Samsung phone but it just was tired and I was tired of ATT poor support with $55 month contract for just service (not payments on phone purchase because it was paid in full 5 years ago). My wife seemed to be doing well with TracFone so we both bought a new SS J7 Crown from BBY. at 2 different appoints Michael transferred our phone number, contacts, photos to our new J7 Crowns. Both are very nice , fast, and long battery life. I love the octo-processor that can have multiple windows all running with just one click on bottom left button. We are both retired seniors trying to keep up with all the electronic devices. There are dozens of features popping up but so far we are happy with both phones. My wife is concerned about size and weight in her purse but is using her new phone all the time. BBY was a great help getting started. Thank you

I had been looking to purchase this phone for quite sometime. I had a Moto e5, it is a good phone, but I could not get used to navigating the Motorola system. All my other devices are Samsung products and have a degree of commonality to operate. The j7 crown was available for a $99, has a quick processor, 13mp camera, great display, average memory and storage, and operates on android 9.0. On top off all that, BB reduced the price to $69 at the time of my purchase. I have only one small problem with the phone. The on/off switch and volume control buttons are located differently and more awkwardly than on typical Samsung tablets. All in all, I like the phone, and had a good experience at BB.

This phone has a lot of nice features. The camera works great. The phone is a nice size and it is easy to read everything on the screen. It is super easy to use. It's a great working phone for the low cost and for not having to have a contract.

Impressed very with the upgrade as well as the sale price. If you're patient enough to read a lengthy user manual you will be amazed at what this phone can do. You can use the phone for basic calls etc. without doing all the reading; however you will get A LOT more out of the phone if you study the user manual. I've just had this phone a few days so I'm still learning. Had some trouble with installing the SIM card to complete activation BUT BEST BUY ASSOCIATE IN MOBILE DEPARTMENT WAS FANTASTIC AND EFFICIENT GETTING THE JOB DONE. FOR THIS REASON I RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY VS. COMPETITION!

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. It's a little heavier than her previous phone (the Samsung J3 I believe) but the screen is bigger and the camera is nicer. Thanks to the Best Buy price match policy, I got it at a great price!

I wanted to stay with Samsung phone. This was an upgrade to 16 gig. My old phone was only 8 gig. I like the features, size and speed.

This phone meets my needs with a big screen and a long battery-charge life. Easy enough to use.

I actually bought this phone for my mother after my spouse and I also purchased the same model. While we had LG phones and so the menu system is different and has taken some getting used to, my mother had a Samsung phone previously and a Samsung tablet and seems to be fairly comfortable using it. Its great to have the expandable SD Card memory to keep the internal memory down since a lot of the internal memory is being used by the apps. Camera seems to take photos very well and is easy to use. I recommend this phone for anyone needing to upgrade the Tracfone to LTE. The in-laws are also getting these phones also for Mother's and Father's Day.

This phone is wonderful. I absolutely loved my J3, but after 4yrs. It just died. But this J7 is perfect for me. I love going toBest Buy. Each department is staffed with great tech guys. The Phone Dept. has never advised me wrong. They listen & helped me find the perfect phone to cover all my needs & without selling me bells & whistles, that would over whelm me or would never use. Geek Squad is my saving grace with the 3 devices protection plan for many years now. Would never go anywhere else. 5 STARS

First, let me say that I am not a fan of cell phones. To me they are a necessity and nothing more. My other cell phone was a "bare bones" model but fine for me because it was for emergencies only. When it died and I had to replace it, I chose this new phone because it is a Samsung and I have two Samsung tablets which I love. Now I love this phone. I find that it is very easy to use and it has become my mini-tablet. I never thought I would say that I like a cell phone much less love one but this one changed my mind. This is a cell phone for people who hate cell phones.

I was notified by Tracfone that my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone would no longer work after Jan. 1 so I had to buy a new phone. After researching phones I decided to get the J7 Crown. It was a great decision. The J7 is much faster and the screen is way better than the old phone. Tracfone ported our number and with Transfer Wizard we were able to transfer all of our contacts and pictures in minutes. Great experience. I never had any issues with my previous phone and hope this new J7 will be as reliable. Best Buy had a great price on the phone and I bought one for my wife as well.

Used by our in-laws when they visit. The convenience of only activating it when we needed, plus the service price makes this an easy choice. The phone has a large and clear screen, so using it is a breeze. Re-charging the minutes right from the phone when the plan expires is very convenient and saves a trip to the store to get another card. No problems with so far

TracFone said I needed to replace my phone by the end of the year. I stumbled on this one while I was shopping for a replacement. It has been really easy on the battery so far. Although I need to adjust to the way it works compared to my old phone, it seems to be much better than my old phone. I think it was a good choice.

If you have been using a smartphone, you will do fine with this phone. Going from a flip phone it has not been easy. The book that comes with it was not helpful. I even had trouble turning it off at first. My 27 year old daughter helped me get things set up. I still have a lot to learn, but so far I would recommend this phone. I am impressed with the 13 mp. camera.

So far I'm really enjoying this phone. The size is great and I really feel hat it's just the right phone for someone who doesn't want to pay $900-1000 dollars or more for a smart phone they only use for texting their family and taking pictures of the dog's and kids, but still have some of the bells and whistles that come with the more expensive phones.

I'm not a big user of a cell phone for more than making calls and texts. This phone works great. It's fast when I do use the internet. I sometimes look at the weather or at my security cameras and it works great every time. Both cameras are 13mp so it takes great pics. I am well satisfied.
